Had a lovely three night stay. Comfortable, clean room and very friendly, helpful staff. Would have like a mat in the shower tray as we both found it very slippery and a rug by the bed was curling up at the edge making it an accident waiting to happen! However, we were very disappointed in the limited dinner menu especially as we had previously seen an earlier menu on line. Not enough choice of fish for us unfortunately. Overall though a lovely place and a great stay.

The accommodation and hospitality were both really great. Very friendly staff and the room was lovely. However, the food in the restaurant was really disappointing. We were informed that the butcher hadn't been and that there were a number of items not available or were substituted. We opted for a burger which was really disappointing and low quality.

A very enjoyable stay at the Gin Trap stayed a few nights great service clean rooms dog friendly no issues with taking your pooch into the dinning area or bar etc..Would highly recommend this gig and the staff are superb and the food is excellent πŸ‘Œ not far from some of north Norfolk lovely beaches a gem of a place.

Good food pub, great beer. Menu far too meat orientated for us, especially given the sample menu on the website. Accommodation good, though our room was a little small. The 50mm of gin each compensated!

Visited twice in one week. Food is great, Sunday lunch was so good. The staff are lovely and our two golden retrievers are welcome, even though one is an almost 5 month old puppy.

The Gin Trap is the cosiest pub on the coast, and has so much more charm and atmosphere than many of the others. The perfect winter pub to go and sit next to the fire and enjoy their selection of wines. The food is good, not fantastic, but getting there. If anything, it is a touch too expensive for what it is, but the overall experience is so pleasant, i would still go back.

What can I say other than the best service I've experienced from restaurant staff in a long time. Claudio in particular was very welcoming, attentive and took care of my wife and myself from the onset. The food, the welcome and friendly atmosphere is exactly what will keep us coming back to the Gin Trap, thank you so much Claudio and the team. The accommodation was a real home frome home too.

Awesome pub/restaurant. Couldn't fault it. Friendly staff and we had a chat with the new manager who seemed like a cracking bloke. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend

Great pub with a wide selection of gins and locally brewed ales. Staff always friendly and willing to offer advice on both. I always visit when I’m in Norfolk as it it is great in winter (roaring fire) and has an awesome garden for eating & drinking in the summer. Feels like a home from home.

Very impressed by this pub/hotel. Our room was lovely and our meals very good, particularly the shellfish sharing platter. The pub is dog friendly. We weren't pushed into some back room but had our meals in the conservatory with our pooch. We did think a little more local information would help. Oh and a better supplier for their champagne 🍾
