I booked a table for my partners 50th birthday, she's had 80% of her stomach removed so can't eat very much so she has to order from the childrens menu, a lot of places get very difficult about this and refuse but not The Lifeboat Inn. We told them of her operation and they couldn't have been more helpful, our every need was seen to. We ordered the seafood platter and oh my.....it was absolutely amazing! Crab, crayfish, potted mackerel, prawns delicious sauce's brilliant bread , another point, she can't eat bread because of her bariatric surgery and she asked if we could have crackers instead, again the brilliant staff obliged. All in all it was a fantastic meal, very very tasty and very good value for money we will definitely be going again and I'd highly recommend The Lifeboat Inn to anyone local or from away .Book a table, you will not be disappointed!!

Overall I give this one 5 stars. The brekfast swung it for me. Although I was a little underwhelmed by the evening offering. Jim the barman is a master of his taps

We called in here for a meal on a Sunday afternoon, we hadn't booked, we were able to eat immediately. We had an amazing roast dinner and gorgeous pudding, what a taste bud explosion 😋 The staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth a visit 👍

Wonderful setting and easy to find. Just off the main coast road. Checking in was nice and easy as we had fully paid prior. Shown to our rooms promptly which were OK but a few little problems. Nothing major. The blind fully dropped as the chain broke and the toilet flush panel came off the wall. We were only stopping the night so didn't let it ruin our stay. The pub and restaurant side of things were amazing. Top class food served fresh and on time. Great selection of beers although wine by the glass a tad expensive. 3 glasses of wine and a pint of lager around 35 quid. The room was £185 for the night and we spent £200 on food and drink. Nice interior with plenty of options on seating. I would recommend a stay here but would of liked a slightly better room and slightly cheaper drinks prices. Very dog friendly with around 15 dogs in the building when we stayed .all well behaved I should say. The walk up to the beachy area was around 30 minutes but you can get to the marshes in around 20. Plenty of parking.

Nice roast dinner and attentive service for most of the meal, until the end when staff were clearing, cleaning and resetting tables after a busy Sunday lunch service. We got rather abandoned at that point and waited ages to be able to ask someone for another drink and then the bill. Could not fault the roast dinners and the children enjoyed their food too, very large portions for them - unable to finish. They were happy!

Lovely meal at the Lifeboat this evening. Booked at short notice and despite arriving early we were shown to our table without having to wait. Friendly attentive waiting staff, pleasant ambience. Varied menu and reasonably priced. We chose camembert starter and seafood sharer both if which were delicious and beautifully presented. A very pleasant evening. We will definitely be back :)

WOW! What an amazing place. Stunning location on the Norfolk coast within a short walk the beach. I can not praise the staff enough. Thoughtful, chatty, joyful. This really made a phenomenal difference to the enjoyment of the stay. Even had treats and blankets for the dogs. Room was lovely and clean, nice toiletries and great shower. Food was great. Highly, highly recommended.
