Went to a wedding there, very good food n service

The Hotel itself is really lovely. I have stayed in Room 4 on 2 separate occasions and it feels really high end.I ate in the restaurant on the first stay. The food was ok, nothing special. On the 2nd visit, I attended the restaurant at 8.37pm after some late meetings. I was told the kitchen (which had opened at 5.30pm) was now shut, but I could (begrudgingly) have a Sandwich or Scampi and Chips. I'm vegetarian, so Scampi wasn't an option and a sandwich wasn't really of interest. I found it very odd that a hotel restaurant would only be open for 3 hoursStaff were generally pleasant. Would stay again, but wouldn't bother eating there

Such a lovely place to relax with excellent food and drinks on offer and very friendly helpful staff. We're lucky to live close to this Hotel/Restaurant/Bar.

We haven't stayed here yet but definitely will be in the new year. Guys we watched you on 4 in a bed and you were great!. You took criticism that was baseless and yet you were polite and considered in your response. You were the winners in our opinion and quite honestly your place and what you offer is head and shoulders over the others. The Doghouse hotel £160 a night with no common dining room so you eat in your room and in Margate..... Also their comments about your not paying enough attention to your guests, hmmmm. Besides one nice couple im not sure I'd care too much to get to know 4 of them either!!. My wifes from KL so we are there often and we are definitely booking to stay with you.

Only went there for Christmas Dinner, was welcomed at the door, coats taken to be hung up then taken to table , where waiter took drinks order, young very polite waitress started to serve the Xmas fayre with crackers including, all courses were well presented as well as being very delicious 😀 all in all very good and will be probably book for next year.

Really nice bar, bit different from your usual pub/bar. No idea what it's like as a hotel but as a drinking establishment it's well worth seeking out, doesn't open until 6pm most nights though.

A bit dated and jaded in places, staff attentive and helpful. Room was well stocked but very small for a double, barely any space between the side of the bed and the outer wall. Breakfast was good

·

Lovely hotel and really dog friendly. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Good location. Maybe a bit on a expensive side.

Stayed here three nights, pleasant stay, good location, free parking, room cleanliness was ok. Had noisy neighbours, but not the fault of the hotel. Toad in the hole with veggie sausages for dinner was lovely.

Although we stayed there in 2017 and unfortunately have not been able to get back, the actual Hotel has left a lasting impression on my husband and self, first because of the excellent management and friendliness of the owners and their attention to every detail. It is so comfortable and set in lovely grounds. From meet and greet to a chocolate bowl delight set on the small table to the beautiful atmospheric restaurant. Loved it ! Would love to return there one day. We stayed there because it was close to Sandringham which we wanted to visit being on an overseas trip, but staying at this particular hotel left us both with really wonderful memories ! Thank you so much for all the effort you guys put into making Comfort your main aim !
