One of the better pub's in the chain. It can get busy but you can find a table quite easily.Good beer and the food is good for a descent price.

The veggie burger was very plain. Lettuce looked old, small piece of tomato, no any sauce. I showed burger to waitress and she looked like everything is ok.

Very nice Spoons. Lovlee building. Very nice outside space. Unfortunately the nice beer garden was all cornered off for some reason. Only popped in for a coffee. Staff nice n friendly. Very clean and tidy. Seemed a busy place for the short while we were there.

Typical Wetherspoons.Had to clear the table of cups and glasses, chips on the floor, slightly sticky table. This all adds to the experience.Ordered using the App, Drinks were fast but dumped on the table with the tray by the 'waiter' who really didn't care about anything.Burgers arrived a couple of minutes after drinks.Typical burger and chips from this establishment, warm (not hot) not warm enough to melt the cheese on the burger. No mayonnaise sachets. You get what you pay for.

Fine place really enjoyed my meal here today with my friend. Nice large bar and very polite staff who were not pushy at all. Located in a good location, toilets were spotless.

Good service, good prices and no real drop in standards after the big lockdowns unlike some other establishments.Only let down, condiments needed filling. Never happened in the hour I was there and I wouldn't expect to ask.Other than that fab and see you again Downham.

Not highly impressed… me and a friend went for a fee drinks with no kids (doesn’t happen often) ordered a drink fine…. Ordered chocolate fudge cake and within minutes of it arriving we got kicked out because there was a fight… so got asked to leave before we’d finished our cake or our drinks

Easily one of, if not, the best beer garden I've come across at a Wetherspoon pub and restaurant.Enjoyed a vegetarian breakfast with unlimited hot drinks ( two coffees) for the usual bargain price of under a fiver. Good quality food served at the right temperature. Had a chat with friendly locals.See photos below to view the garden
