Burger King in Luton

I am not rating this two stars for taste but rather for my experience, the food was absolutely delicious but I'm not sure I would go again, the staff are extremely rude and condescending. And lots of tables are very dirty. First of all we got the wrong order a lady argued with me saying I ordered a chicken legend. When I did not I ordered two small burgers and two small chips. For me and my friend. She was extremely rude when we were ordering and took advantage of us!. She scammed us charging us nearly £12 just for two burgers and two small chips that's ridiculous. It doesn't cost that much!!! Horrible experience and rude staff. Don't go here unless you want your day ruined.

Not very clean tables were dirty and not cleared very quickly. Food wasn't great as the burger patties tasted under done. The staff were ok but seamed to want to be somewhere else.

Clean . Staff not that good. Very expensive. I had 1 kids meal. 2 adult meals came to £21.00

Mate! An absolute shamble of a burger place. I fell ill after eating there. The burger tasted funky, but I thought it was the normal taste.. Gonna avoid this place like the plague!

I went to eat some vegan nuggets in this BK outlet.The manager was helpful as he helped me to use a special offer from my BK app.The nuggets were good and really good there is a vegan nugget option.Well done BK!My 4 stars are because this outlet feels well dated and not very inviting so I would say a refurbishment would be welcome

Went there to get take away, i got 2 meals and some other things, they shoved everything in 1 paper bag that was full to the brim, i had to ask for a carrier bag..One of the whoppers wasn't even wrapped, so all the content was all over the other food that was jammed in the 1 bag.. on top of that i realised i was overcharged by like £5.. not impressed.. on top of all the staff were all kids that were fighting amongst themselves.. its a shame because i always loved bk, after saturday, il never go back

Went there today and got a long texas king box meal with nuggets. It was edible but not brilliant.Was served at the most furthest left hand side cashiers register around 2ish pm. The staff member was extremely difficult to understand.This staff member went around the back to help prepare my box meal and I saw that one of the unfolded boxes that these meals go into had fallen on the floor... it was then kicked around by this member of staff untill another chief decided to pick it up off the floor and put it back with the others :-/ poor show
