Charcoal grill in Luton

I ordered steak for my family over the phone. When we went steak was ready to eat. Food was very delicious and was large portion. We ordered 3 which is more than enough for 5. We really enjoyed it.We highly recommend.Remember to order before u goSo u don't need to wait long

I am extremely dissapointed with the food. The quality is dry and bland. I ordered 4 wraps and i chicken rice for the price of £45! This is an absolute ripoff and I do not recommend you buying this as there are much better Lebanese restaurants around Luton.

I love their chicken and rice. We regularly order from them delivery takeaway and dine in. Their chicken and rice is sooo famous its packed with people always. Their chicken liver and liver is also pretty good. One thing I don't like about th is the amount of time we have to wait to get our food.. They should employ more staffs to work around this problem.

I’ve ordered once before I thought it was lovely . But Upon a second it was appalling . Wrap had practically had a cup of water poured over it . Everything about it was soggy , certainly wouldn’t recommend with the standard delivered. Although the chips where very nice .

Yesterday (26/04/2022) night I went to charcoal house with my friend to have dinner. I was a regular customer in Charcoal House and their customer service was good but yesterday one staff named Yasin (name won’t be proper he was wearing black collarless T-shirt) behaviour was very rude and unethical to me and other customers and he was on video call with some one while he is working in the food preparation area which is not hygienic. All other staff members behaviour was good. I have been visited this place several times and my experiences was good. But that employees all the brand value that I build in my mind for the restaurant.The food was amazingSmall feedback for the employer: You need to give that man proper training regarding the hygiene, respectful towards customers and teach him some manners. "Always remember customers are the most valuable persons in your business"

DONT WEST YOUR MONEY!!Strictly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!Food wasn’t fresh and order come wrong I did asked shop to send back the order he sed ok,but after 1h I didn’t receive nothing I call back agin and very Rudely he sed come to shop to pickup as I don’t have drivers!!!!I did explained I order for my 58 years old mum which she not Abel to come out he sed I try and still didn’t received nothing!!!!!!!Poor quality food…….

If u want to eat something like briyani or mandi. Go for chicken with kabsa rice

We ordered the "king (sic) platter". I'll make our review short. In our opinion, if you ordered a mix grill on death row, I imagine it would taste very similar to this. Pepsi can looks like it went through something.

Very disappointed I ordered houmos chicken burger and moussaka and I receive something way different. I called the uber driver he said that this is my order for sure because he didn't have another one from this restaurant so I called the restaurant the person I talk with was very rude and was just saying that he did the right things saying that I'm wrong and the mistake is I me not recommend that place !!! Here is what I receive instead.

I got a chicken shawarma meal from here and dined in. The shop itself is quite small and compact; there's not much seating space. I saw a staircase going downstairs and some customers were going down, only to come back up again within seconds, so I'm not sure what that was about. Perhaps there could have been toilets there, but I'm not too sure. The staff were yelling across the store to each other, so the atmosphere was not or relaxing. The food arrived quickly. The chips were a tad too salty for me and the sauce that was in the wrap was extremely watery. The bread became very soggy and it was hard to eat as it broke. I don't think I'll be visiting again any time soon.
