Cookies & Cream in Luton

Love love love this place . Iv orded 4 times in one week and they even gave me an extra waffle. 🙃

First time going here, fairly priced desserts that taste really good especially the cookie dough! Portion sizes were good, toilets could be improved as they were messy and outdated.

Well firstly i had gone in the store and ordered dessert, when i got my food i found a hair in my dessert.I tried to get the attention of the staff without making it to obvious to the other customers as i didn’t feel right in making a scene over something that could have been an accident. Never the less i had to get up and go to the counter to let them know. Once i managed to finally speak to someone about the hair, there was no apology nothing, he replied with “i’ll get you another one without even looking at the dessert” at this point i decided i didn’t want anything else as the staff member didn’t even acknowledge the fact that there was hair in the food and didn’t even seem apologetic at all. Whilst i was there not any of the staff had come to apologise nor ask if i wanted anything else, just carried on like it was all okay.Found the staff to be very rude and lacking decent customer service skills, i won’t be returning!

This place is just fab for desserts. The quality is good and the service is quick too. The ambience is awesome and I love the fact that they do not play loud music inside.

Atmosphere is family friendly, all the kids in my household love coming here for the desserts

Firstly the telephone manner of the staff is dreadful and very unprofessional. I ordered a nutella smoothie and there was honestly the smallest bit of nutella that could of possibly been added. The cookie dough tasted like a flapjack and was very hard to bite into and after ordering two desserts I was supplied with no cutlery

Just got delivered about 15 mins ago, some desserts ordered and didn't get any ice-cream with the strawberry waffle,also didn't get any strawberrys with just the bubblegum ice cream,so anyways I phoned the shop and told someone stuff is missing and kept saying next time when you order il give you bit more stuff than normal portion ,and also I take off £1.95 next time you order,I needed the stuff today as orderded,who has waffle plain with no ice cream.They kept saying next time when they messed up didn't get the full order sent and next time.Never again ordering.Paid for desserts youand and toppings n ice cream and get some stuff not all,but deliver next time more than usual what they give.thats unacceptable.

This is honestly THE worst desert I have ever had! Firstly, the delivery was 40 minutes late, and the waffles arrived with some of the toppings - that was in the description, not included. The waffles was also extremely dry and stale. I would urge you not to spend a single coin here, you will regret it, they obviously have no clue how to run a business let alone serve something edible. If you would like a genuinely tasty desert, I would recommend 'Creams' please take your service over there. I would honestly give this place no stars if it was possible.

Loved the desserts. A good place to go to after a nice meal. Do take a little while to serve but definately worth it.
