Very poor when paying customers are not allowed to use the toilets i was in bad need and denied access although I was I paying customer had to walk to the mall for a loo

Good friendly service. Tables cleaned regularly, great coffee and cakes. Nice clean toilets too, but you will need a code to use them.

Quick service, but the cappuccino burnt my tongue, and needed two sacks of sugar to make it taste better :/

Place smelled disgusting. I'd planned to have a few drinks and stay there a while but the smell was wholly off-putting. How does a coffee shop not smell of coffee?The staff were friendly but not enough to help this place

My hot chocolate was tasteless. I was eating in and It was in a takeaway cup and my muffin came in a bag not on a plate. I was very disappointed and unhappy as generally Costa is the best place for a very hot chocolate. Very unhappy

Good customer service, very clean inside but toilets must be clean very well.Their coffee and cappuccino are very nice.It interesting because some people can meet to discuss about business or work.My regards

Happy with the drink and service, but the place needs a damn good scrub. The seats are dirty, and tables are stained. Furnishing is tatty.Costa brand is losing it’s appeal. I’m seriously considering paying for my drinks elsewhere.

Nice place for a coffee with friends. Lovely selection of travel mugs and variety of beverages. Sandwiches, refreshments and sweet treats. Nice seating areas. Track and trace scanning codes at the tables, hand sanitisers at the entrance and different entrance and exits.The only issue was that the lady that served me, plonked the grated chocolate in the cappuccinos without any enthusiasm. I would've liked a nice design on the froth.
