I went to buy a cake for my son's birthday. A beautiful young lady welcomed me named Natasha. Very blossoming smile, very good customer service. She helped me to decide a cake that caters my need. She further helped me to change the cake for good. She is so kind. We want more people like Natasha welcoming us. About cake, no questions.. super delicious.

I always buy cakes from Cakebox, Bury Park Branch to compliment our celebrations. The cakes are always fresh and really tasty. I last ordered a birthday cake and it turned out great. Their front of house staff/team represents among the highest level of customer service I have experienced. I truly loved the top notch, friendly and very professional customer service I received from a very pleasant lady namely Natasha. I would recommend the Bury park Branch unreservedly.

I've been here a few times and staff are very friendly and approachable. They have a great selection of cakes and the premises is very clean. The staff even offered help getting out the door with my pram. Would definitely recommend, the cakes are beautiful, well presented and highly addictive 😋

Cake box delivered on there promise and made a extra large cake for the end of production of the film Ganapath 1 in Luton. The branch it self is decked out with lots of cakes to view. The surrounding area is full of traffic and cleanliness is not something Luton know. Parking available on the high road.
