Frankie & Benny's in Luton

1 star because you can't award any less. Our waitress was great, the general state of the place was not. The food was not great, nobody seemed to know what they were doing. A lot of money was being refunded and food waisted. The computer screen is housed over the pass. It's used to identify customer orders, it is caked in dust and filth. The Mac and cheese needed a knife to cut it. Perhaps it thought it was a 🍕. All the staff seemed to do was bicker over who should do what and what food was for who. Not a good experience. I didn't ask for any refund. When asked I just said the food wants great and it was taken off my bill. What a way to run a company.

Arrived and they took.order. so busy passing g our drinks by to get their own and we hade to eventually attract attention. No apology drinks sat there for 20 mins. Food has yet to come and flight leaves in half an hour. Quick to take your money exceptionally slow to bring food.. I doubt we will get it before the flight.

Very poor service. A young girl who served my coffee seemed like she really did not want to be at work and showed it with all her being, body language, words and the whole attitude.The young man who was at the cashier didn't bother either. He just "did his job" and didn't care less about customer service.That's the first time I realized how important welcoming customer service is and you really feel the difference when it's rather poor.It's really a pity because it's a big space with a nice interior and could be thriving with satisfied customers but instead is pretty empty.Maybe training about how to provide high standard customer service could help and accountability?

Burned burger, chicken & prawn pasta was just rubbish. The only good thing was a glass of Prosecco. Air conditioner was not set up blowing out ice cold air. Unfortunately, didn’t take photos of their “delicious” food as a proof. Chef must to go. Waiters were trying to do their best. Avoid this place! Even sandwiches from Costa are on the top of the taste.

I came here at 8am. Full English breakfast took less than 5 min to arrive! Staff were lovely, my waiter Davide was very accommodating, even though poached eggs weren't on the menu, they prepared it for me and also brought a brand new pot of nice mustard. Thank you👍

We came for lunch at 14:00, we waited in a row approx. 8 minutes. Waiter was nice.Food was also good :)

Excellent food, the serving was quick and the waiter was very kind and polite. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Just sat down… I was told off in not very nice way to not cruise around tables and they will find me something when they finish cleaning tables. After 5min of being ignored and none of the tables has been cleaned I decided to help busy stuff I cleaned table by myself. Next thing is I wait to be served for next 15min. I lost my appetite of this stress. Randomly I was asked in significant way am I ok, like I would not order anything and just sit there with no reason.I asked for a beer and the staff (other person now) told be that I should stay at the bar then…What a service. Wish you well for future!

I’m writing this review JUST to thank Octavio for his excellent and speedy service. Had he not been working today, I may not have made my flight, for the other waiters, (in particularly the older blonde and dark brunette woman) were just standing around. I waited for 10 minutes to be sat, as I watched the brunette gossip with another young male waiter. Octavio was professional, friendly and the only one who responded to me clearly being in a rush for my flight. Plus the food was very nice. It’s the first time I’ve ever preferred a jackfruit sausage to a Pork one :) Small portion on the fries. Value 3/5. Overall I’ll never eat at this place in Luton airport again

Staff friendly and helpful, food was delicious but for an airport restaurant it did take a while and whilst we had plenty of time when we sat down, by the time we paid our bill we ended up running to the gate.Price wise on par with other airports, quality of the food was fresh and tasty.It was breakfast time when we went and surprisingly quiet, although we are still in strange times.
