G's Gourmet Burgers in Luton

This place is totally messed up. Came from windsor visiting family in Luton. Family wanted a Gourmet Burger. This place has 4.2 rating so i thought id give it a go. Placed order at 18:20, at 20:00 they call me to say driver ended up somewhere else. Saaarryyy, he coming another phipteen minutes. 2 hours later food arrives cold and i gave the address with postcode 3 times before that call at 8pm. Called another shop before this (Tiagos) they picked it up and put it down, then no answer when i called. Seriously Luton is one messed up place for food. Long live Slough. And they wanted the full money. What a nerve.

Went here with 2 others - The staff are so lovely and kind.The steak was out of this world - the best I've ever eaten along with their sauces which were so nice.Their gourmet chips were freshly cut and fried and were so nice with their freshly cut salad and dipsI live quite a while from there but the food is so good, we go there frequently now.Would 100% reccomend

Late, cold, missing extra bits we ordered for the burgers. Rang them, they said they'd send the delivery out again. Still waiting one hour later.. Called them again....more excuses.Re-ordered burgers arrived 2 hrs after we complained (2215!!!) Do not waste your money. Will not be using them every again. Poor value, poor service, poor food.

The lamb burger I had was decent but a few of the fries was solid like a biscuit. Food also took 30mins to come even though there was only 7 people in the shop.

Came here on a recommendation. Food was excellent. Loved the lamb chops and spicy wings. Burgers were perfectly cooked and flavoured really well. Will definitely be coming again.

Absolutely loved their burger. Tried the volcano burger and it was just fantastic. The patty was juicy and of generous thickness. The veg inside was grilled to perfection and added to the taste of the burger. It’s just an excellent place for burgers. The chips were a bit oily and not that great. The place must work on their lights as its so bright that it hurts the eye and doesn’t suit the ambience.

Ordered takeout from here as I was in the mood for a nice burger. I asked for a double patty 7oz beef burger, fries, drink and thought I would also try their spicy wings. They forgot to include the diet coke that I had ordered, despite this the food was okay:- The burger was cooked well and was flavoursome- The chips were cooked well but were let down by the extremely salty spice mixture they added to them- The wings were cooked to perfection but again the marinade that they had used was extremely salty, so much so that I could not finish themThe price was okay considering the area, I would definitely go back for a burger meal but would get their chips plain and not spiced. I think that they definitely need to look into the spicy marinade for their wings as it was extremely salty which brought the whole meal down.The restaurant seems to be adhering to Covid-19 restrictions, I would have felt comfortable eating in.

It's quirky and temporary. Food is really good. Menu is confusing though. Highly recommend masala chips which is yummy. The rancher burger with beef patty was pretty tasty. The could do a bit with cleaning the tables once people leave. Otherwise all good.

Nice and friendly staff. Been there for the first time and was a great experience. Food was served quick as it was not that busy in the afternoon. Had the New York burger,yummy, delicious and well done. Kids enjoyed the skinny fries. We'll deffo come again .

It was a pleasure to have dinner at such a great place with friendly staff that are happy to accommodate and explain the menu.Food was tasty and reasonably priced. I must say the masala fries were lovely. They also make thier own sauces which are great. Food arrived promptly and customer service was 5*. I would reccommend.
