Was great casino. Good atmosphere good customer service (tea coffee cold drinks Till the new GM made the decision to get ride of all poker.now no atmosphere as only about 6 people in on most nights.as a poker player for year loved it but now rubbish, I use to play poker, fruit machines,and roulette.but now empty with no atmosphere.

This place is great to play poker as it is well run and organised. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Unlike the other establishment in luton which does not seem to value my business despite being a member 4 many years.

Very welcoming my first visit and I didn't feel out of place. Staff were happy to answer questions. Bar staff very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend..

I was traveling with few friends 3 friends we walked in and was greeted two of my friends were members at the club and I had my passport and I had handed my brand new passport to Malinda an Asian women who addressed me and my friends as drunk boys and none of my friends or I drink we asked her why do you think we are drunk she replied I think we then moved onto making me a member whilst she was asking me a question mid conversation she gets up and helps her colleague to look up my other friends membership when she herself had already done the checks we all was shocked of her attitude but then she takes my passport and leaves it under her desk nd I'm there waiting and then she asked me for my ID I was looking confused she then rudely got up and said if you don't have iD you won't be able to come in I then explained I had already given my ID she didn't respond I just feel thus casino has no class and definitely Melinda does not have any customer service skills she lacks respect and it's unfortunate for us but I can assure this place will never see me again appalled with this behaviour

Great place, reasonable food, could do with more choices of vegetarian food and more desert choices. But otherwise generally the staff are great and I enjoy the roulette machines are great, as always you win some and you lose some, its your luck as they say.

Food was superb and promptly served. We were there for a friends 40th and went in a 8pm to decorate and stayed till 4.30am... was even offered breakfast..... After months of being let down by Milton Keynes Casino was refreshing to be treated as a no1 customer. If you want a flutter from the beginner to the expert this is the place to go.

I went for a poker tournament here. The poker tables are crammed, but they are good quality. The casino is really small so everything is packed. You can't really enjoy playing when the slot machines and roulette punters scream. Nice staff and ok food. Parking is not enough on a Friday night.

Really like this place. Staff funny and friendly - that includes dealers, waiters, managers, receptionists. Nice atmosphere. Players also quite nice - mixed bag. Mostly middle aged men but occasionally ladies, younger and older players.
