This was one of Luton's best night out, but since the pandemic it doesn't get full anymore. The last time I was there it was barely at 50% capacity. You can still get food and have a gamble though and is still an enjoyable night out.

Great casino with a fun and lively poker room. The food is great and the drinks aren't overpriced. Can't wait to return!!

This is for poker room. It is unacceptable to organise a tournament and don’t have dealers. Players are dealing and play in the same time. And if you tell them.. they seem not to care. For a Grosvenor casino this is not a good customer service and not a good image.

First time going and was presently surprised. fantastic friendly staff amazing restaurant and food.overall would highly recommend

Very nice and tidy place with helpful staff. I was quite new to gambling but they were happy to explain how the games work on the table and were very welcoming.

Rubbish service, they don't care,fruit machines don't pay out and not even entertaining just 50 spins 100 spins of nothing on all machines.not worth playing unless u very very very lucky food takes for ever if u get it a tall, and tea coffee if u get asked in a 5 hour period u will be waiting long time to receive it, u don't feel like a customer more like cash cow with the attude like it or lump it

I thought the Casino was very clean, you must have ID ,Passport or Driving licence, I didn't bring either I didn't know. However they let me in as a Guest, with certain rules. But overall it was a nice short visit because I had to leave early.

Nice setting a small casino in Luton which has may typical casino games such as poker, Blackjack and roulette. The venue also has a nice bar and restaurant. There are other activities such as video screens showing sports, and the venue also has live music on certain days. This is a members club so if your going to visit you will need to sign up to the free membership, so take some ID.
