I want it give this place a minus star review..!! Food was awful.. dry meat dry chicken overcooked everything.. my family broke our fast with this and make our tummy upset! Salad is like they run out.. measly small portion on an order for £50 is unbelievable! Check the pictures out.. if anyone finds this place by mistake.. trust me move along you won't regret it like us! Also should of read the reviews beforehand as the writing was on the wall! Place needs new management for sure as I cannot stress how bad this place is!

As it was the first day of Ramadan 2022 we decided to treat ourselves with a take away, little did we know that we should have just cooked at home. The food was awful, even though it is called Istanbul Grill there is nothing turkish or middle eastern about it. We ordered the special, everything was covered in curry powder and the rice was just basmati rice with onion. They gave us 4 containers of salad which could have been put into 1. Our goal is to waste as little food as we can because there is people out there suffering but it tasted so so bad we couldn't bring ourselves to eat it . We couldn't even bring ourselves to eat it. The lamb was fatty and chewy. The chicken was dry and flavourless. The only thing decent was the bread but even that went soggy because of all the steam. We got 50% off online and even then the food was still a waste of money.

Hardly an authentic Turkish, ordered a Chicken Shawarma. To our surprise what was delivered was anything but. My Turkish partner was not impressed.Cold greasy chips, the chicken had less flavour than cardboard. I was expecting it to be in a wrap like a Shawarma typically would be, however a sponge (bread) was used instead. If this was present during the sinking of the Titanic Rose and Jack would of been just fine. Had a feeling the price of £12 for 2 whole meals was a red flag. Would definitely not recommend.

Very large portion of food and amazing taste. However, only downside is sometimes orders take long if ordering over a phone for takeaway.

Not a good experience at all. Ordered via Uber Eats. Food delivered to wrong address. By the time I tracked the food, the wrong recipients had started eating it. Fed the rest to the foxes!

Ordered big box platter which was on offer buy one get one free. The food came cold and uncooked, even smelt funny. Didn't enjoy threw most of the food in the bin. No wonder it's always on offer on uber eats so they can sell and make money. Definitely will not be ordering again. Only good thing was the delivery man delivered with care and smile.

Food was okay as it was a large platter for a decent sum of money. However it was really oily, I was so disappointed with the flavours. The restaurant inside is clean but not that comfortable or too nice to look at. Was mostly disappointed with the food.

Food has always been of good quality and delicious, good portions and very nicely packed which was also warm when the orders were delivered to my home. Most importantly the staff member has been very helpful in answering my questions on allergens which I'm extremely grateful for. And that is why I repeatedly order from Istanbul Grill!

Usually has a good reputation, but not this time......now can anyone see what's wrong with this picture.....I mean this is what I was talkin about!!!!(check out the pictures posted - what is advertised and what was given)
