KFC in Luton

Went thru drive thru to order food and who claimed to be shift manager shouted at my son accusing him of lying for missing order to obtain free food for his mother and family and didnt even take the order. This shift manager leant over the window shouting slap me attempting to provoke my son where two staffs came to the window and had to calm him down. It was very unprofessional and intimidating experience. I am sure KFC CCTV has captured the shift managers body language. Only wanted food in return got verbally abused and accused for lying. Kfc in past have missed orders on several occasions. I think Head Office really need to employ staff with customer service skills and on going training on packing food correctly. Very bad experience at Hatters Way KFC.

Had no issues here on a quiet weekday lunchtime.Food was what I expected and restaurant appeared clean.Service was very fast.I think this is probably one of the better KFCs in Luton then the other one.Good to see KFC have introduced the ordering screen system and very glad that they are now offering a vegan burger for vegetarian.And it’s Halal.

Staff were rude when closing drive through. Once I went into the store for boneless banquet they had no sides. Staff member said could still sell but no side. When I asked if they could pop in extra chicken he was quite rude.They were busy but staff just treated customers with zero customer service. Seemed like chaos behind the counter and staff yelling at each other, running backwards and forwards.If this was hotel then this branch would struggle to get a single star.I left empty handed but thankfully Macdonald's next door. Was busy there but far more ordered.KFC really need to quality check this branch especially on customer service/retention

Popped to KFC on Saturday my kids wanted kfc for there dinner , they had popcorn chicken and chips and a oreo slushy’s/ milkshake they have been in bad pain in there stomach ever since and my 8 year old keeps on being badly sick. Me and my other half only ordered the new chicken bites as we wanted food elsewhere but having these small chicken bites when i came across to eat my last chicken bite there was a awful smell and a horrible bad taste of the chicken bite ( really put me of) even though i ate all the bites ( think you only get 3/4 pieces ) iv had really bad stomach and direah so as my partner.Food must be dodgy and dirty!!! I notice the young female worker who handed the drinks in the drive threw … she had her finger up her nose :-/!! We wont be visiting this place again!!

I don't normally leave negative reviews but this KFC must be avoided at all cost. Our experience from the start was awful, we placed our order via the app for a drive through collection. When my partner arrived the drive through was blocked by a large lorry, which is fine but also defeats the purpose of having a drive through. Inside the store the staff were uninterested and unhelpful. It was a large family order so my partner kindly asked a member of staff to help her carry the bags and drinks to her car outside. They refused and asked her to do a couple trips, now I am pretty sure that they were aware of the drive through situation but still refused to help a pregnant woman.When my partner arrived home I noticed one of the drinks was missing, so I started to check the order to find 8 items were missing in total. We immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who offered to send the missing items to our house. But 7 minutes later he calls back and asks us to come back and pick the items up. As you can imagine we were infuriated by this and he didn't even offer us a partial refund. My partner couldn't wait anymore and we decided to eat our food but unfortunately it only got worse. The chicken was soggy and under cooked, the chips were so cold it seemed like they had been out all day, the wrap was tasteless and had no salad and some of the wings tasted like 2 week old oil. We tried to complain again but the manager was unwilling to help or empathise. Not sure if I have missed anything out but this was the worst KFC I have ever ordered from and recommend anyone thinking of placing order here to think twice. What a waste of money and time from the manager and the company as a whole.KFC, NEVER AGAIN

Food is often missing, cold 90% of the time from takeaway. Even when you go in they sometimes miss items. Then some items taste... Off. Drinks taste disgusting or watered down, gravy tastes vile like it's been reheated. Avoid.

A very disorganised and chaotic place. Always getting my order wrong. Staff generally don't seem to care are rude. The gravy, chicken popper and drinks were left off the order. No apology from the staff member. Couldn't have cared less.They looked me like I should be apologising to them. Whilst waiting for my food I noticed they had to refund a customer because they left off so many items from the meal. What a joke !!

Nice and clean, But very rude staff I kindly requested one of the manager to give me two drum stick wings as I only eat drum stick wings and manager replied listen mate I will not give you two drum stick wings if you want your meal I can give or you can leave it. I was bit shocked coz generally KFC staff is very friendly and helpful. I was hungry as I came from London but still I decided not to spend my money in this KFC.

Very disappointed this zinger burger is not kfc standard felts like fried chicken skin. I live very far from this kfc branch 40minutes drive cannot go back this is waste of money and time please check your order properly before you leave the store don’t trust the staff

Ordered a zinger burger, they made it in 3 seconds and I was wondering why it was so quick....Well this was the quality I received. I don't recomend because looking at this, there are only 3 piece of lettuce and a dollop of mayo on the bun.Quality has gone down the drain and I'm utterly disappointed. Hope the owner sees this.
