Kfc in Luton

First ever worst experience from a KFC outlet in my life. I brought chicken wings meal and chicken popcorn meal. Chicken popcorn meal was fine. Chicken wings was the worst. They tasted kerosene. Also, pepsi tasted flat without carbonation. No way never again.

Ordered Zinger Rice Box, Sweet Chilli Dipped Bites, Kansas BBQ Bites last night via KFC app, went to collect and was made to wait for 20 minutes after I gave them the order details (#8241).All of the food was cold. BBQ Dipped Bites were dry. Not happy with this level of service from KFC.

Poor quality food delivered (ordered on just eat). Have a look at the vegan burger they sent (£6) and the twister wrap (also £6).Never buying from them again, since this is not the first time this has happened. Absolutely shameless.

I still have no idea why I ended up at KFC Chaul end even I’ve made my mind up about they won’t change…. For the sake of feedback….What you need to fix is your food portions, better syrup for your tasteless drinks!, pay a little more to your staff so they have a smile on their poor miserable faces (though I always try to cheer them up (all drive through places) I was not in the right mood tonight), make it compulsory for staff to ask for sauces and some tissues. I think this is bear minimum. I know it’s a waste of time to expect any improvements but I’m sure some of the customers / viewers will agree?

It's what you expect of KFC. Mediocre service and not very clean. That is what you expect of a KFC though, so once you look past and eat you usually don't mind. I always get a takeaway as my car's spotless and their toilets are grim.

The customer service is not that good but about cleaning and everything is perfect the people serving are Busy in their own life they don't much bother about the customers . The food is same in all the KFCs because they are well known to keep their brand values.. and the This one is open till late around 3 Am for only drive through

Decent food - got a family/party bucket, which has a good variety of chicken (strips, popcorn chicken, hot wings, and of course the normal chicken 🐔 pieces). Their menu is gradually growing. Better value for me after getting a certain healthcare provider discount.

Had no issues here on a quiet weekday lunchtime.Food was what I expected and restaurant appeared clean.Service was very fast.I think this is probably one of the better KFCs in Luton then the other one.Good to see KFC have introduced the ordering screen system and very glad that they are now offering a vegan burger for vegetarian.And it’s Halal.

Staff were rude when closing drive through. Once I went into the store for boneless banquet they had no sides. Staff member said could still sell but no side. When I asked if they could pop in extra chicken he was quite rude.They were busy but staff just treated customers with zero customer service. Seemed like chaos behind the counter and staff yelling at each other, running backwards and forwards.If this was hotel then this branch would struggle to get a single star.I left empty handed but thankfully Macdonald's next door. Was busy there but far more ordered.KFC really need to quality check this branch especially on customer service/retention

I used the drive through to try the new vegan burger...as I am a vegetarian and waited long enough to not be left out of meals when friends visit KFC 😏.Service was a bit slow but I was hungry so...I bought a meal with coke and chips, cost about £4.99 I think. The burger was quite tasty, made from Quorn which I do like, but it was a bit dry, could've done with more salad and sauce which I added when I got home. I will ask for extra next time. Not bad KFC!😋
