Marks and Spencer's in Luton

I really love this M&S Simply Food store which I use regularly before and after flights. There is always a great choice of quality food and some of the nicest, most polite, friendly and helpful shop floor colleagues I've ever met! Your staff selection process is en point! (apologies to the guy who served me last night i've forgotten his name and lost the feedback card!!)

Huge choice of food products out of which most are full meals prepared to eat. If you for some reason have to eat your lunch at the airport, give this shop a shot.I chose a salmon poke bowl and it was really delicious. The shop even provides wooden cutlery for free!

Alina was superb on the tills. She made the extra effort to make sure that we get what we were looking for. A big smile on her face! Really deserve a recognition!

Good prices for airport

A good and interesting choice of food products, the prices are low and more profitable than in a nearby food store. Also, the store sells products of itself brand, I liked the coconut water, recommend!

Arrived to the airport hungry and tired. Oh, let's have a meal deal, says including a hot cup of tea or coffee. Oh, yes, that's what I just need. Asking the staff at the till where can I get my coffee, the answer was simple- sorry, we are not selling hot drinks. As I was a bit tired I thought maybe I misread the label maybe it said excluding, so walked back with him just to get sure it's really said including. His answer was polite but simple- if I want a coffee I can get somewhere else, with the meal deal I can have a small bottle of pop. False advertising with a nice price tag. Never again!

M&S is located just outside the arrivals area, not in an obscure area in airport as per Google maps. Such a good place to have aa branch, as when your flight has landed and you've cleared customs, you can buy all your essentials without stopping on the way home. In fact, you buy all the things needed for dinner. The range of products is quite extensive, and the quality second to none. Helpful staff and a clean store. Wonderful!

Best place for budget and healthy foods, wide variety of food, friendly staffs. Just perfect! LOCATION UPDATED: in arrival area, right after you exit baggage claim, next to WHS Smith.
