McDonald's in Luton

Not worth the time explaining, LATE ORDERS, McDonalds is a fast-food not a slow-food and not a restaurant, its a shame that they cannot have punctuality and get their orders and staff coordonated.

I order 4 cheeseburgher and 1 med fries, i receive just 2 cheeseburger and nothing fries 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣🤣. Do not buy from Mc Donald’s

Every time I order through justeat McDonald’s never get the order right and more than half the order is missing and the customer service was terrible and no help there is a obvious disconnect between just eat drivers and the Mc Donald’s in luton mall constant back and forth either drivers are stealing food or McDonald’s is getting orders wrong and taking to long to give money back to your debit card never again

Nice place to have food and for small chat’s

Small McDonald's in the middle.of the town centre. Can get rather busy at times, when it feels like is way overcrowded, especially by the tills/collection point. Got bigger seating area upstairs.Each time I went there, it was clean and tidy.Except of one instance when some stupid teenagers decided to splash some ketchup all over some tables.

This restaurant should not be open and definitely not to do deliveries as they cannot make even one order right. There is no one to complain as they don’t pick up the phone, so all you can do is throw away all the disgusting food they send out, half of the meals were missing no fries, the drink cup was half empty and Big Mac was dripping sauce that much was inside of it that made it just not eatable. I hope this place gonna be shut down very soon!

They are always forgetting orders it’s so unfair

They serve Uber eats first than the customers, and forgot some stuff in our order. The toffee latte was good but had not enough Syrup, it was too little, but plus point for adding cream everytime!!

Saturday Night shift manager is really rude. I had very bad experience with her. She started arguing even though order was late. Normally McDonalds other places are faster than Luton Mall McDonald. I have people like this manager learn some manners and servers customers quick.

terrible customer service and their ice machine is broken for weeks now so warm coke and no frape available 😢 i always have an issue in there. they prep fizzy drinks in advance so you get flat drink and no ice. when i asked for freshly made coke i was told that no as that would take them too long to do and they are busy. when i asked for my order after 10min i was told to go away until my no is called but i only.ordered 1 coffe. i was told my a manager there to go away as I'm blocking the area and after 12 min i was handed cold coffee again when i complained the lady rolled her eyes and gave me dirty look. i never have any issues in any other Mcdonald except the luton mall one. yo Mcdonald Sort out your staffs attitude!
