McDonald's in Luton

Dodgy place, perfect hangout place for drug dealers and other criminals.Also the staff is very slow here, I wouldn't call it a fast food, is more like a "Slowfood".

The waiting time is incredibly slow and definitely they need to hire at least two guards to be on the restaurant all opening times. You can't go to that McDonald's without having issues with the youngsters, they was like 20 inside the restaurant on the top floor making noises, joking with other customers, being rude to staff members and other customers, opening the hidden cupboards on the top floor and stealing stuff from the restaurant.. many times a member of staff asked them to leave and they was being proper rude to her and it took her like 15min for them to leave the restaurant. This lady should receive a raise just for that because all the other members of staff they haven't done anything besides watch and I do understand their side so for that reason McDonald's should hire again security Officers to be on site the full service hours.

*The rating and review is not for the restaurant or the staff but the HIRING MANAGER, SANDRA (whom I sadly had an encounter with)*Came across this woman who is supposedly the hiring manager but the rudest person I’ve come across. Her name was SANDRA and she along with her other friend were rude and disrespected the staff working on their shift. It’s a shame that people who have such stinking attitude are managing such decent staff. I think manners and attitude should be taken into consideration especially so that people like SANDRA do not hire likes of them.

If there was ever a place that would sum up Little Britain and Luton in one place- this is it.Underpaid and overworked sweaty teenagers or staff with little English speaking skills serving.Single mums feeding their sprogs greasy junk food while screaming at their other sprogs running around. Not unusual to hear a big hooped ear ring mum telling off 'Chardonnay, Chantelle or Lily-May'.Elderly people trying to navigate their wheel chairs.People pushing in. No decorum, no etiquette.Entitled school/college students ordering their food innit cuz/fam, you get me.Packed seating areas. Food can be hot, cold, correct or incorrect depending on your luck. If you find a clean table- take a picture and frame it!!It's actually worth going here just for a laugh. But make sure it's the one time only!

I order 4 cheeseburgher and 1 med fries, i receive just 2 cheeseburger and nothing fries 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣🤣. Do not buy from Mc Donald’s

Every time I order through justeat McDonald’s never get the order right and more than half the order is missing and the customer service was terrible and no help there is a obvious disconnect between just eat drivers and the Mc Donald’s in luton mall constant back and forth either drivers are stealing food or McDonald’s is getting orders wrong and taking to long to give money back to your debit card never again

Small McDonald's in the middle.of the town centre. Can get rather busy at times, when it feels like is way overcrowded, especially by the tills/collection point. Got bigger seating area upstairs.Each time I went there, it was clean and tidy.Except of one instance when some stupid teenagers decided to splash some ketchup all over some tables.

They serve Uber eats first than the customers, and forgot some stuff in our order. The toffee latte was good but had not enough Syrup, it was too little, but plus point for adding cream everytime!!

Ordered the advertised grand Big Mac with bacon the burger was cold bacon was hard far too much lettuce frankly not worth the fiver you spend. Plus tried out the new millionaire latte which when I got it was cold aswell. It's meant to be far food spent 10 minutes waiting for the food and got it cold. Would have been better using the £2 big man meal coupon I had rather than wasting also a tenner. But have to point out the apple pies McDs makes are hands down the best and for that it saves them from getting a 1 star
