So today (01/03/2022) me and my daughter decided to order some fish and chips at around 7:50pm. Our visit was not how we expected it to be as a customer. After we ordered our food and while it was being prepared, the man at the counter wearing a black T-shirt asked me if I was the person who had put a review for their place 10 months ago. I said no at first not remembering; and then he told me that he knew it was me from the Google profile picture. I logged onto my Google account and checked my reviews and it turns out I did and it was a 1 star review from 10 months ago explaining the fact that I was served poorly and that the guy had gotten in an argument with me just over some sauces. However, the guy that had served me 10 months ago was not there and instead I was questioned by this other person. Seeing that I am a customer that has been coming to the shop for a long period of time this was surprising because they seemed annoyed at me for putting a 1 star review back then. He questioned me why I would do that and that it had affected all 3 of them (the three people working there) while I had told him that it was not even indicating at the other workers. I was told by this man that he had found it funny that the people who put bad reviews still come. My point here is to explain how the customer service is not up to standard and that the food is decent but the attitude ruined the whole experience. Also, if they really cared about their customers and kept serving me between these periods of 10 months then why did they not tell me about it then or they could have even found a way to improve.It would be nice if they improved their peoples skills and decency me or my family members will definitely not be returning ever again. The Owner can check the CCTV footage or even the conversation that took place within the time today (19:35-19:50) if the workers or owner would like to reply then. Below is my previous review from last time:=============================================Just visited the shop {29/4/2021; Time 3:40pm-04:00pm}. The old man {Never seen him before} has the worse customer service ever !!! I was waiting with my daughter for the food, while he was ignoring us and keep talking in his phone !!! After he finished talking ; he asked what i need ? I ordered 1 med size chips + 1 sausage + 1 Butter sausage + 1 Large butter sausage. Total cost : £5.40. After the payment I requested for 1 chili + 1 garlic Sause .; which is always free anyway all the time. For the Sause He asked for £1 ?I told him why i will pay as its not in the Price List ? He got angry and start arguing with me and his behaviors was extremely rude .I do wonder whether they follow any trading stander for United Kingdom or not ???? YOU CHARGE SOMETHING AND WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN YOUR PRICE-LIST ??Its a shocking experience ............:((————-Reply : Definitely the item was not listed at that time. I should have taken the pictures and send it to the Google review viewers. I didn’t say anywhere customer always right . Define and explain the situation in writings .

We've had food twice from here. The burgers and Doner meat were amazing!! Staff were so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be our go to for takeaway from now on!

Food was very good. The gentleman that served us was very pleasant. Price was very good for the food we had. I was stuffed after my fish and chips. They could do with doing a smaller pensioner portion. I would definitely use them again.

Right well chips wasn't cooked they was all stuck together like 1 chip i then rang to make a complaint they said I always complain when this is my first complaint ever they then said I lie and rang them a few weeks ago and ordered food when I never food came to my door I didn't order it so sent it away as I had no money they was just so so disrespectful on the phone and just kept hanging up will never ever ever come back ur vile and extremely poor customer service what happened to the customer always right ?
