Pizza Express in Luton

This was such a wonderful experience on a Sunday morning afternoon, we was served by a lovely friendly gentlemen called Darren, 10/10 customer service. He was so informative, polite, and warm. Made me and my partner and my baby girl very welcomed. The starters were delicious, lemon and herb wings, dough balls, calamari chefs kiss the mains were tasty also. Very impressed the food overall and fantastic customer service from Darren would defo recommended.

Hi lovely welcome and was sat at a good table. 25 minutes later I had to go to the bar and ask for someone to do our order. Brushed off by saying no staff BUT staff were attending other tables. gabbi our waitress was lovely , helpful and so smiley and thats why the restaurant got 3 stars . Food Ok but the calzone was so small. Only in Luton for the day so surprisingly will not be going back

Visited this place yesterday. Despite having booked we were waiting almost 45 minutes before we even received any drinks. We had to source one of the waiting staff in order to place our order. No-one was being pro-active, i.e. returning to tables to see if food was ok or whether the customer needed more drinks. They only had 5 tables with customers so were not busy. I watched as the staff did one job (delivered drinks or took payment of the bill) and then returned to the kitchen. They did not look to see if any other customers needed anything. We ended up skipping the pudding as I could not bear to wait another 30 minutes to receive this. I have visited this restaurant many times over the years but this was so poor. They pride themselves on fresh ingredients yet could not put together a simply cheese sauce for my grand-daughters pasta!!! Maybe their time is taken up with take-away orders. Will not be returning any time soom.

Really nice food as always,I love Pizza Express food.I would give 5 stars,but today waitress gave really bad service, me and my friend felt unwelcomed and we wanted to run away straight away. All this time she was so moody,she looked like she hate her job and everyone who is around her. Didnt want to communicate even during the order. Thats never happened before as staff was always friendly.

The staff are so patient and polite. There were so many of us as we were having a work event and they catered for our needs with so much grace.

Food was nice however once we got to the bill we were left waiting for over half hour with no indication that we could pay on the app which wasn’t very helpful as they could have told us instead of leaving us sitting around waiting for the bill

More than happy with my order , fast and hot , everything as expected , more than happy to recommend to everyone , my wife loves to make all the orders , we always receive what we ordered , any preferences , they make sure to be as you wish 👊

Love the chicken pesto pasta and they have a range of pizzas to try. Service is fast and staff are nice. Its never busy so you can choose your table which is always a bonus. A nice restaurant 4/5 rating from me
