Pizza Hut Delivery Luton in Luton

Although the pizzas are typical of any another Pizza Hut, the staff hygiene practices are not. On the 29/04/22 I saw two counter staff scratching themselves and continue to make food for other people. In particular one used the same hand they scratched their face with to grab handfuls of wedges from under the counter, go on to make pizzas with their bare hands and not washing their hands. I saw delivery drivers who had just come in from delivering food, still in all their motorbike gear come into the food prep area and put food in boxes. When I actually saw one delivery driver still in his motorbike clothes actually touch my son’s pizza with his unwashed hands…I asked for a refund and left! I couldn’t unsee what I saw! I won’t be ever going back. If that’s what I’ve seen whilst waiting, who knows what else happens!

Ordered a pizza with NO CHEESE. They made the pizza and liberally sprinkled it with their garlic dressing which contains parmesan CHEESE, then told me they made the order to my specification. Apparently I had to also add no parmesan or garlic sprinkles. Having not ordered from pizza hut, I had no clue that they put parmesan on all of their pizzas!The lady who called me back about my observation was very rude! They have just lost a customer... but I have the feeling she doesnt care.

I love moments like these. Our "regular" pizza place was closed due to a family emergency, so we picked this location near to us. Glad we did; convenient, fast, accurate, and friendly. We'll give you another shot next pizza night.

The piza was very delicious, however I was disappointed because both boxes came with the seals open. In these omicron times it is very scary. This has happened before please tell your delivery people to take care when delivering people's food. It can put people off. Thank you. See you next time

I like your pizza. I personally believe your pan pizza is one of the best in the business.

I made an order witch came after 1h we choose 4 toppings and thin base it came with thick base and a topic that we specifically said we allergic to . When we rang first time and complained about it they hung up the phone we paid price for extra large and it came medium a joke my last time ordering from this place

Great to see Pizza Hut back in Luton town centre, i remember the older one that used to be in park street opposite the mall so good to see it back in park street and it is opposite Iceland on the corner. A small restaurant but very colourful and clean.
