Roosters Curry House in Luton

I just ordered a meal from this place and one of the guys throw the fork at me on the counter like I was a dog I was unsure of what drink I needed and he shouted at me like hurry up he is busy. Really poor customer service would never shop there again. The guy at the reception was pleasant tbh but the pig was at the back who did treated me poorly.

My son went in and ordered himself a cheeseburger, you wouldn’t expect it to be the most difficult or time consuming thing on the menu to make. When over 20+ mins pass and I go in to find out why it’s taking so long the staff unapologetically tell me to wait 2/3 mins as it hasn’t been made yet. £2.45 and a 25 mins wait and no cheeseburger in sight. Out of frustration I take my son and leave telling them not to bother making it. Unacceptable.

Food was ok however the size of the donner wrap was shocking.

It’s not first time they sent cold pizza with no toppings. Just cheese and few onion. Worst pizza ever. If you tell them they will say sorry but will repeat same mistake

Absolutely disgraceful. The guy's attitude is awful. Constantly has to ask customers who has ordered what. Why not have a number system? Shockingly bad service.

The best chips in Bedfordshire I'd say. Nice kebabs too:)

I would give it zero stars for the food i just got a pizza tasted like lamb and smelled on the pizza was chicken but didnt tasted like chicken more like lamb never gonna get something from this fast food 🤢🤮🤮 spent my money for a small bit 🤮

Order food, rang restaurant 4 times and the stated its on the way and food never arrived. Than started with excuses stating we didnt oppen the door.

never has an issue with this place before but yesterday but we went to collect our food - my mum got confused which shop collection was from as it was peri peri next door but the server behind the counter was quite rude in his tone of voice and said no were done we only do the school meals from 12-1pm. When i came in was talking to another customer about his wife being pregnant and he wont leave this place till her waters break- nice guy. I have been going to this establishment for years but must say am not going back. i did call yesterday and spoke to the managers son who apologised but i told him that this very same chap has been there before and a few months back he asked me why i came in for a take away due to covid? seriously.
