Sainsbury's Cafe in Luton

This cafe should not even get one star! It is possibly the worst run Sainsbury's cafe in the country, it's a real shame because the food is actually quite good if you can get yo be served. Always understaffed and constantly run out of ingredients, you'll likely queue for ages to be told they're out of sausages, bacon etc. They're in a supermarket full of these products! Truly shocking, needs new management!!

Queued for 20 minutes, then told they are out of half their ingredients, chef is off home early and all tables covered in plates and stail food. Will not be returning.

Depending on the particular staff on duty the service is either appallingly lethargic or excellent. The food on the other hand is fine. Adding peas to the eggs, ham and chips does it for me !

Good value and food is okay but give yourself time as service is soooo slooowwww

Service very good but very slow , could benefit from a permanent coffee maker and dedicated server as opposed to single server at busy times . Waited 15 minutes to be served and the queue was big when I came away with food .( Coffee was brought to table ) a few minutes later. Nice atmosphere and great seating. Food was lovely.

Good food for good prices and friendly service but sometimes long queues.

Always pleasant staff are happy to help and service is always fast and efficient. Hot food is prepared quickly and presented nicely.

Very long wait for food and when it does arrive it's obviously been done a while. Tables are ALWAYS dirty. If this place was hygiene inspected I'm sure it would be shut down. Can not recommend it
