I came here for iftar with my family and I'm absolutely disappointed!! Do not eat from this place!!! Food was disgusting the service was rubbish. The food had been reheated and served not fresh food at all. The chicken curry was cold, the lamb curry was very oily, rice look like someone else's leftovers. The fruit chaat looked like it's been sitting there forever. My whole family have had stomach cramps all night, the man at reception was very clueless and didn't know whether he was coming or going!!! Everyone who worked there had very poor English lots of people sat around the reception area I'm surprised this place hasn't closed down. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

DONT GO FOR BUFFET the food is ridiculously bad, I had iftar with my friends it was ÂŁ12 per person. Quite reasonable but the food was below the standards. Literally had belly ache after eating the food

ProsQuick and easy to book, reasonable overnight price friendly staff and free parking.Clean room with TV and Tea and coffee making facilities.Very comfortable and clean beds.Modernish designConsOnly downsideNot enough parking for such a large hotelTowel had foundation stain onStairs and flooring leading to the rooms look dirty. Not enough towel's for the 3 guestsCheck out time was too early. To be fair there's more pros then cons,I'd recommend if your looking for something for a reasonable price of ÂŁ40 and in a hurry

The building is old, but there are two kind and lovely ladies at the hotel reception, and the room cleaners are very polite and kind .and this good staff makes good sense in this hotel and calms the residents.

I guess for £55 for a night, you really do get what you pay for. I wasn’t expecting all the typical bells and whistles for the room however I was expecting it to be cleaner. The amount of dust that was on the “headboard” is enough to make me sneeze just thinking about it. I also “upgraded to a deluxe” room thinking it would semi resemble the pictures online, nope wrong again. The room was outdated nothing like online pictures. At 9.30 we were woken to a lovely knock at the door asking if we wanted fresh towels (check out was at 11) so a bit unsure as to why that was necessary. The only positive thing I can truly say about the hotel is booking through the website I was told I could check in at 1 but on arrival was told check in wasn’t until 2. Thinking I’d have to wait around for an hour, the lady on reception managed to get me into the room earlier. Not a total dive but don’t expect too much from it

customer service seems to be improving significantly. i am happy to see such improvement. looks like the staff is being trained to be more polite and helpful for customers. the hotel has step free access. they do events at moderate price rate. attentiveness lacks a bit. they should pay attention to room cleanliness. hotel heating and AC is always a problem that needs to be sorted.
