Without a doubt one of my better airport meal experiences. Not sure why it gets such bad reviews...There wasn't a massive queue like the other restaurants so decided to give it a go.We ordered from the table using our phones. Very easy process and no issues with the setup. It can also be order at the bar if you would prefer.Food arrived really quickly and honestly everything was good. I had no problems with anything. Is it fine dining food? No. It is pretty good pub food in an airport - absolutely.I ordered a chicken burger and sweet potato fries and was happy with everything. There are also charge points at every table which is just amazing.I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again.

Good choice for food and drinks while waiting for your flight. The interior is quite nice and a bit vintage. Orders taken only at the bar, and it can get busy on the waiting line. Tables, menus and ketchup bottle weren't very clean though.

The app is very poor as it does not allow you to order what is on the main menu. For example the door stop sandwiches had no options.Once ordered on the app the food took about 15 minutes to arrive. Not too much of an issue and the toastie I ordered was tasted nice.My drink, which was part of the same order did not arrive until I had finished my meal. If the drink arrived before the meal then there would be every chance I ordered another. It is also nice to be able to have a drink whilst eating.I had to chase up my drink order which effectively ruined my experience. It would be nice to think that this is a one off, however I was with a group of 10 people spread across numerous orders and we all experienced the poor timing of food v drink. The restaurant is pleasant and a nice place to sit with a good atmosphere.Service is an area of opportunity that requires addressing. If you choose to eat here just don’t be in a rush and don’t expect your drink with your food when using the app to place your order.

Ordering online was fairly simple but the food arriving 20 minutes before drinks and having to ask twice. The second waiter continuing to clear a table despite us saying if the drinks didn't arrive in minutes we would have to leave. Would be understandable if they were complicated drinks but it was 2 bottles and a can of beer!!Completely oblivious to the need for quick service in an airport and for ÂŁ60 for 3 breakfasts and 3 small beers they really need to up their service.Wish we'd seen the 2.4 star review before choosing it!

Food came out quickly. Good value for airport prices. No issues with the food. Service was friendly!

Don’t really understand the low rating of this place on Google but I was pleasantly impressed. It was a Saturday morning flight so I expected it to be busy. But they had plenty of staff on hand (or just about the right amount) so there was not that long of a wait to be seated or receive our food and drinks. Food was good too.

I'm not sure it was food. I'm not sure whether the stuff on the plate, or the menu itself, was supposed to be the better tasting food. I don't know why it seemed to be a massive chore to be asked for cutlery three times. I don't know why it had to be banged down pointedly on the table. I don't know why it was mostly beans when I asked for no beans. I don't know why it cost more than a decent two course Prix Fixe in a good restaurant. Oh yes. It's at an airport so they don't need to give any tosses. Avoid. I understand the toilet paper in the loo opposite may be more appealing.

Always had good experiences here. Got my eggs Benedict in 5 minutes from ordering, perfectly poached, soft and runny and NOT TASTING of vinegar. Ordered through phone and staff was super helpful too in getting a physical receipt as it didn't come to my email inbox.

Just don’t even bother. If I hadn’t been so hungry I wouldn’t eaten any of it and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t have enough time to complain when I was in the airport. I knew I had to lower my expectations in an airport but this was basically a cold overpriced bag of Doritos

I guess this place is going through a strange transition as facilities open-up following COVID-19 restrictions. I have no issue with waiting at the entrance to be seated but there was only one person greeting people and then taking them to tables and so this took some time. I also have no problem with online ordering but the service was really slow. The seating areas are nice and the service is friendly but there just aren’t enough people. If you’re waiting for a flight the last thing you want is to feel rushed when you finally receive your order.
