The past few times I have ordered from here the food has been below the usual very high standards in particular the bitterleaf egusi. The bitterleaf egusi they are making now is not very nice you can hardly taste the bitterleaf it’s tastes more like efo egusi, the one they were making 6 months plus ago was miles better. I don’t know if they have new cooks there but someone is running down this business when I complained about the bitterleaf there was an old man not the one that has been there for a long time the other new old man told me I am the only who is complaining about it and was quiet rude. Whoever these new people are need replacing as they are ruining your establishment. I’ve been eating and ordering from you guys for years and have always been very happy with food and customer service but recently the standards have slipped and this needs urgent review or I will have to my business elsewhere.

Worst service. They dont even deserve a one star at all. ordered my food way before and requested to collect it myself. I paid and just before the time I received a text from them saying my food is ready. I went there and the lady that spoke to me first was very mean. You can’t just expect that everyone who walks into the restaurant is nigerian and speak to me in one of their languages i am ZIMBABWEAN. She then asks me if I ordered before i told her yes and she asked what I ordered i told her wanted to show her the text but she seemed uninterested. She went inside and a guy came out who kept asking to see the message and email for my order and then told me my food is not ready . But how when they sent a message to say its ready. Asked me to wait another 5 mins. When he beought the food I collected and as i was leaving he called me back to say i have to pay yet i paid everything online. He insisted that it says i should pay by card. He asked another man and they spoke in their language and kept asking which website i used and how much did i pay yet i had email and text showing that i paid. Why put up services they’re not well versed of. I was so furious when i left their place.

Worst fish peppersoup I've had since I was born. I'll advice them to get new cooks.

If you need African food delicacies, especially Nigerian, this is a place to visit.

The worst food ever, food poisoning at its finest! The old guy is rude and arrogant. Please avoid at all costs. The place is very unhygienic.

Let me start with the service is rude. in front of me there was a gentleman whose signet ring on the seller's side fell. the gentleman asked "could you give me" and the indignant lady kicked the signet ring in the direction of this gentleman. The inside of the place is dirty and very tidy. I do not recommend this place to anyone

The meat is not well cooked. I have called the restaurant about my delivery location but they didn't give me proper reply. But the delivery driver who delivered the food was good one.

Google needs to come up with a -10 star rating. It's unfair and unethical that I could mislead people by giving them a 1 rating. They don't deserve it.Horrible terrible experience. The food was definitely not fresh. Placed a huge order and got sent packs of utter rubbish. The plantain was probably fried ages ago and the warmed over for my order so it came all burnt and oily and disgusting. It didn't even have any taste. To mask the fact that the soups and ayamase were not fresh they packed in thyme and salts and seasonings that did not cook completelyThrashed every single thing and ordered for Chinese. These are frauds masquerading as an African restaurant.
