Good too know that a straight forward fish and chips shop still exists in our neighborhood. Friendly service and excellent food. Good honest grub.

Always definitely get my fish from there cooked fresh

The cod had a really bad smell unlike any other fish I've had. The chips was soggy and curry sauce was inedible. I won't be coming here again.

Visited Young‘s for the first time in decades. I wasn’t disappointed! While living closer to two other fish shops I have been disappointed recently with their quality and prices. Not so with Young’s. As a previous reviewer said, good, old fashioned, traditional fish and chips. Beautifully cooked and at a great price, some £2 less than other shops. A thoroughly satisfying meal. Definitely going back for more!

Not a great selection to choose from but what they do have is delicious, the cod is massive and lovely, double cheese burgers are brilliant and you get a very generous amount of chips. Lovely friendly couple. Very reasonably priced.
