Best Kebab & Pizza House in Maldon in Maldon

Good arrived 1 hour and 20 mins after ordering, arrived stone cold, has to chase food delivery half a dozen times and driver didn't speak English to offer and explanation

Worst scampi I've ever had,willnot be going back again burnt food and was put in the bin.24/09/21chicken ok but overall disappointing would give 0 if I could.

Hung up on twice before being answered. Sounded like I'd been forgotten. Food seemed re- heated and arrived 2hours later instead of 45 minutes. This on a Monday evening. Not impressed. Did not want to eat that late!

this place and their food is absolutely mesmerising. always busy and sometimes may get a pot of sauce wrong but i wont mind as they’re all good

Terrible service and food. Avoid! We ordered online at 5:00 for delivery at 7:30 as were out until 7:15. Then got a phone call at 6:20 because they were trying to deliver to an empty house. Rang them at 7:45 and the same food that had been cooked hours earlier turned up at 8:00. They had not read the instructions and then blatantly left the food sitting around for a few hours before redelivering. All food going in the bin. Waste of time and money.

Ordered 2 chicken donners took nearly an hour ended up with 2 lamb donners took it back and they didn't believe us. Asked them to change and they ended up giving us 2 cold chicken donners witch wasn't enough enough meat to make one kebab. Man who served us blamed the young lad who just started witch wasn't the young lads fault as he was on break! I will definitely NOT be coming back again and I'll make sure family will not either!! Absolut piss take!!

The best grilled meat! So tasty and succulent. Always fresh salad. They do fab fried chicken and pizza too

Order placed 18:10, phoned 40 mins later out if curiosity because house is hard to find, gave full address. 3 further phone calls with 3 separate promises of it left 10mins ago and 2.5hrs later the last call revealed the lies, they did not get the web order. I don't mind that they did not get the order, it happens, but 2.5hrs of lies, with no food delivered and hungry children is atrocious.

Ordered a Pizza meal deal which we have done many times over the years but tonight was very disappointing! One of our pizzas was missing from our delivery. We rang them twice and eventually after 2 hours and 50 minutes from placing our order the missing pizza arrived. At no point did they apologise which is a shame because we won't be using them again.

I ordered a mixed kebab (£11.50) with Chilli sauce. I received a very small portion size, and the wrong sauce... I also ordered 16pcs spicy chicken wings, everything was cold. I didn’t get any salad either. Not worth the money (£17.20) and a tip of 80p. The kebab itself wasn’t even worth £4.00! Usually this place is alright, if you go to the shop, it’s nice and you get a good portion. But this time the delivery was really bad quality. Honestly, there’s more in a small kebab that what I received today. I shouldn’t have to leave this bad review or ring them up, they should know better. Sorry to leave a poor review, but it’s only the truth.
