Costa Coffee in Maldon

Friendly staff, clean toilets and plenty of seating. Nice drinks and food but very overpriced for what you get.

Visited as a stop through on journey to Potters Five Lakes. Friendly staff, toilets available, clean. Tea and cake a little treat.

Open till 6 but stop serving at 5? Joke.

Took one bite and didnt taste right. Opened and realised the bacon was almost raw. I had to take it out and cook it myself.....

An enjoyable Coffee in a clean and well kept Shop, in no small part due to the friendly, smiling girl who conscientiously swept the floor and wiped down the tables.

Good shop good coffee and excellent service.

Allways amazing service, very helpful staff. Many Costa staff are rushing and show little customer service. Maldon store we allways welcome with a smile and no matter how busy staff allways polite and patient

Typical Costa coffee - good service, usual prices. Food and drink good quality. Plenty of seating space. Clean toilets. Shame the tray wasn't as clean 😕

Not a particularly pleasant experience if I'm honest. 3 girls serving and trying to do their best but they were getting a little flustered at times and service was slow. But they were pleasant at all times. Also it was lunchtime and busy and very noisy.Shields were in place at the counters but most customers were not wearing masks or observing social distancing.Tables were wiped down after each customer left.

Poor guy doing a grand job on his own at peak breakfast time, you need more staff at peak times if your charging a premium rate for coffee. Queue way too long.
