Fantastic food and a brilliant service so friendly we such a great time there 👍🏻

For the first time in over 30 years, it was awful. We ended up paying for our drinks and popadoms and leaving. 1 1/2 hours after arriving. Didn't even let us have a drink or the popadoms on a complimentary basis. Too busy prioritising delivery 🚚 over customers with bums on seats.Such a shame, I loved it there.

This place is an absolute joke. Empty restaurant taking on to many justeat Uber orders can’t cope. Promise collection times hour later still sat here waiting for my food. Lying to other customers on the phone saying there food is just leaving when it clearly wasn’t.

Looking at these reviews it seems they have two chefs- one good and the one I got! Biriani was tastless, dry and just seemed to have been reheated. Naan was stale. Wife said tandoori chicken was OK. Staff was nice though. Overall, very disappointing.

Ok, no question about the quality of the food.- very good and used them several times before. Recently ordered a takeaway on a simple order, which was repeated back to me. Quoted 45 mins on the phone. After an hour and a half no food, so chased it. It's already out on delivery. Another 30 mins and food turns up minus some of the dishes we ordered. Back on the phone, not helpful at all - not impressed, although they did offer a salad dish free of charge the next time - don't think so guys.

LATE, THINGS MISSING, MEDIOCRE FOODOrdered via Uber eatsWhen it didn’t arrive between the times given on the app, we called to hear shouting down the phone between colleaguesThey then assured us it would be leaving in 5 minutesWhen it arrived 30 minutes after the call there were things missing from the order!The food that did arrive was mediocre and for the convenience of it being local to us, we will be trying elsewhere in the futureDisappointing.

Customer service is simply non existent. Ordered a take away told would be 45 minutes. Over hour and half later still waiting in the restaurant to collect the order. When asked why the delay staff become very rude and aggressive, to the extent that they cancelled my order and told me to leave. I would avoid using at all costs, I certainly will not be returning.

Really nice food, delivered much quicker than other restaurants! The owner is an absolute charm to talk to, he loves to get to know everyone by name and really gives every day 110%. I simply could not fault this place if I tried. If you're eating in I'd suggest booking a table as this place gets full on a weekend.

Would visit again. Great service. Tasty meal and a popular family restaurant.
