Great value for money food and shakes. Faultless all round, would recommend anyone to pop in and share the experience. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Food well cooked and tasty.

Been driving passed the place for months, thought I would give it ago, now know why it's always empty, food was so expensive for the amount you get, had to take out a loan to pay for the four of us, best thing was the milkshake but that cost around ÂŁ4 each, son asked for a cookie which was terrible and cost ÂŁ1.50.Unless you have plenty of money and no taste buds give them a miss.

Honestly the hugest disappointment.Firstly - COVID. Working in hospitality myself I'm well aware of the necessary procedures to have in place in the current climate. However the diner take an extreme approach that I've never seen from any bar/pub or restaurant at all. Why the two members of staff wear both masks AND visors is beyond me when they have no interaction with the customers at all. There are no menus, you have to go up to the order point where there are lots of bits of paper stuck up over the plastic screen with different menu items. All food is served on small paper plates and drinks in plastic containers that you throw away yourself in a bin at the end. What amazed me is they dont actually bring the food over to your table - they leave it all on a small table at the order point and you have to go and bring your own food over. The most extreme approach to COVID restrictions I've ever known in a food establishment.Secondly - The food. We were really looking forward to some American milkshakes and good sizeable grub! Actually everyone in the group was so dissapointed with everything we ordered. This is overpriced cafe food - and not even a good cafe unfortunately. A great selection of milkshakes that sadly didn't deliver on flavour. The tiny English Breakfast on a paper plate made me for the first time ever regret *not* going to a wetherspoons.A genuine shame for a place that visually has so much potential. A note on the service as well guys - it's really not hard to say 'thankyou goodbye' to the only group you have in the whole place. Your customers are all clearing the table for you and throwing it away in the bin as you ask. A simple goodbye really is just basic hospitality. Such a shame.

Lovely food. Great value for money. The best breakfast iv had in a long time . Also Breastfeeding friendly ! lovely lady got me a glass of ice cold water and adjusted the blinds so the sun wasn't in my eyes . Greatly appreciated.

Really poor service. Rude waiter. Younger lady was good.Food was burnt and dry. Told me it wasn't burnt. Would love to have taken a photo to let you guys be the judge.Clearly hates her job.Menus dirty didn't look the cleanest place.Chips were good. Milk shakes half decent. Hot dog good.Couldn't let my boy eat the burger. Had to get re-made.

Nice quaint little diner in an American style. The staff are friendly and the food is very nice. Coffee is also nice and strong prices are reasonable. I enjoyed my breakfast here and will be going back again. There are also motels attached to the outside of the building which looks quite interesting.

After rather unfortunately having had their jukebox pinched, I promised to give Holly's another go to see if it could grab that 5th star. I've been again today and they've nailed it.Everything else I said last time still stands. Lovely food, plenty of it, hot and served quickly with a smile and wonderful milkshakes and all - and now they have their jukebox back the atmosphere is great. Can't wait for my next visit.

All was well until I overheard the cook discussing how out of date some of their ingredients were but saying they would use them anyway, and then when eating my food I had brought from there I found two woodlice that had been cooked and served with my food. Theming inside is very cool and friendly staff but would not go back. Following your response would like to add, the food I got was to take away so I was not able to bring the food back in unfortunately.

Nice looking 50s feel place with pictures on the wall juke box (not sure if u can use it) and decent 50s music on quite low. Like stepping back in time. The things is if you're going to offer english breakfasts do them properly do NOT microwave the bacon so it looks pink and slimy! Especially for ÂŁ8. Rest of it not bad but not great, won't be returning which is a shame.

Just moved to the area and thought we would try out Holly’s Diner we had three milkshakes and cheesy chips to take away which came to £15 which I think is pricey for 3 shakes and chips.... we got home and opened the container of chips there was literally 10 chips! And having paid £3.30 for them I phoned to say I wasn’t happy I just had some rude girl on the phone saying that’s how they come I’m happy to support local businesses but I’m sorry won’t be returning what is a few more chips in the carton? The shakes were nice but again at £4 a shake costly! The lady was very rude aswell you don’t great customers like that when your a small village business
