Maldon Tandoori in Maldon

The food was nice, the service, not so nice. The head waiter was walking round arrogantly, the young white guy who cleared our table, had a handful of dirty plates and was walking back to the kitchen and this guy literally shouldered him out of the way. I don't like that. We didn't even get asked if we wanted desert, and there was no offer of coffees etc, it was just like give us your £175 and leave. No free tipple for the girls or anything. Good food, average everything else. Disappointing as it could be so much better

I went there for some tasty Indian food and that's what I got. I liked it.

1/2 Tandori chicken - really dry, also had a hint of smoked paprika which was a bit weird.Chicken Tikka dansak, really tasty curry, but again, chicken was dry.Sag Paneer, really nicePoppadoms and sauces were good.When spending £35 of a takeaway, I’d have preferred to have waited 45mins or so, for fresh chicken, rather than dry reheated chicken, which took 5mins-10mins, Shame :(

Definitely found my new favourite Indian the food was absolutely lovely can’t fault one single thing” all hot fresh and tasty would highly recommended this place. My kids loved the food as much as I did and ate everything. And the staff were so friendly to the kids and myself when we collected the food. Already looking forward to trying more on the menu next time we have a Indian 😍Thank u so much 😜

I've eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed.The service is good and the food is great, with an extensive menu.It's always been quite busy when I've visited but I've still been found a table despite not having booked in advance.It's a little pricey, but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Indian meal.

Ordered a takeaway for my partner and I. I am vegan and he is not. Ali talked through the options with me, and I was not disappointed at all!! So much flavour, and my partner enjoyed his too! Don't hesitate to order from Maldon Tandoori 😁

first time in Maldon had no idea about Indian food but the food & service was Excellent look forward to the next visit

Amazing place! Went to dinner with friends. The atmosphere is lively with friendly efficient staff. We talked and they left us to it, never pushed us along as some places would. The food was excellent, portions sizes are just right and it was clearly freshly cooked. We will definitely be back for more and I highly recommend it

Best Indian I've ever had fact. I've been everywhere for curry, whether it's Brick Lane in London, Tamarind with the Michelin star or a random curry house in the back of beyond, I've been there! nowhere comes close to this! Food and service are outstanding and the quality is phenomenal. Cannot recommend Maldon Tandoori enough!
