Mcdonald's Restaurants in Maldon

Can't fault the burgers, but something has happened to McDonald's fries. In the interest of public research, I have subjected myself to 4 McDonald's meals in a week from 4 different establishments, just to test the fries. Conclusion, the fries have changed from hot crispy salted sticks of pleasure to warm, floppy, slightly sweet tasting sticks of disappointment. What's happening McDonald's, change them back, surely you can't blame this on COVID too.

If I could give this place a zero for there appalling customer service I would. A formal comment has been made. The manager should be sacked if he thinks it is OK to swear at members of the public who complain there order is wrong. Not only that but swearing at me and about me as he walked away whilst I had my granddaughter with me! shocking service and will never go back again!

There is always something wrong! Yesterday there was no Chicken Big Macs, fair enough we'll order two different burgers. We then have to park up for ten minutes to wait. This means the rest of the food that was bagged up was cold by the time we ate it. On top of that my daughter's fish fingers were well overcooked and tough as old boots. What a disaster!!!

The drive thru should be called the park thru. Always told' can you just find somewhere to park and we will bring the food over'. This wouldn't be so bad if there was somewhere to park, but unfortunately the carpark is full of eastern European delivery drivers that have no respect and are double parking and even use the disabled bays. Really starting to dislike this McDonald's.

Placed our order on the automatic screens, no problem there, but our meal arrived incorrect and cold, and the servers attitude was not respectful or helpful. raised the query with the manager and she personally corrected the fault and delivered us our correct meals piping hot, thank you may not have been a good start but was resolved quickly and politely

This is my usual McDonalds so been loads of time for drive through and eat in. Thought I would try the app and order in advance for collection. What a waste of time. Was quickly rectified but I did have to go inside to speak to staff but they couldn't fix the order either so basically ordered from scratch at the counter

I ordered a mcplant burger through mcdrive and I ask to add a beef patty in the guy who took my order was alright with that, then I went to pay and I was asked to park and wait for my order (like always, McDonald's starts to be a slow food restaurant, a new concept on the market) after 5 minutes my food has bought to my car by two people one of them a manager which was trying to explain that what I've ordered is not possible to be made (strange no ?😅) so I had to get like this because the owner of that McDonald doesn't agree and I asked if he's there or did he call him for this stupid request anyway you should be more flexible with costumers, if the guy who took my order let me know from beginning I will order a cheeseburger and add the patty by myself, I didn't want to go once again because I will risk a long wait again

Slow service. Constant ques 24/7 The just eat delivery drivers take up the very limited Parking. Simply unable to keep up with demand. A review of premises may be necessary.

Couldn’t access the app to order, obviously not a fault with the place. Food was good, though couldn’t find pancakes and sausage on the menu, so just ordered pancakes and shared hubs breakfast burger. Toffee latte was divine. The icing on the proverbial cake was a member of staff telling us he wouldn’t go and get our missing hash brown cause he wasn’t “clocked in”, he did ask a colleague though, then he sat down behind us and was talking about masterbation to his companion , well I practically choked on my pancakes. Bless! The young folk of today do try to shock us, he clearly didn’t want to be there, and was saying to his companion it was better than being at home doing nothing.

Been a regular here for many years, only because there isn't any other choice in regards to a drive through and my kids love it. However it is a running joke in my family to see what was forgotten or if an order isn't what we requested. The staff are polite, the restaurant is always clean.
