Mrs Salisburys Famous Tea Rooms in Maldon

I have been to this lovely Tea Rooms on many occasions with various friends and family. It has always been an enjoyable experience. The food is well presented and tasty. The environment is tasteful and the staff are always helpful and efficient.Highly recommended!

We just love it here. Service and decor is always so inviting and not to mention amazing food. Our fave little place for breakfast/brunch.

At long last a menu that had my eyes popping out of my head with the delicious choice’s for vegans. I’m not a vegan by choice but through allergies and we find it hard to find somewhere that caters for us both ( my partner being a meat eater). The food and service was impeccable, we loved the vintage circus theme and can’t stop talking about the whole experience.

First time here and very impressed. Service was excellent and subtle. Varied lunch menu with generous portions and delicious choices. Small queue outside but ample room inside with several floors. Will return and advised others to visit.

Fabulous afternoon tea at Christmas, the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. If you visit Maldon, this place is simply a must. Quaint, quirky, great food, lots of nooks and different rooms with different styles, so each visit is unique. Highly recommend.

Tasty food, friendly staff. Choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

What can I say! Best local tearoom by a country mile. Had the Christmas afternoon tea and it was superb. They accommodated sandwich preferences as we phoned in advance but the amount of cake stumped us so we took away to enjoy later. Decorations and service was excellent can't fault it - give it a try.

Interesting choices of sandwiches, jackets, and salads, all well prepared and generous at a reasonable price. Very dog friendly, great service, and very covid safe.
