So slow, 30 minute wait for far! Will I ever get my chips. We I did get them and they were the worse chips I have ever had!

I wish there was no star. Don't bother with this place. I've ordered the delivery but they still didn't come after half an hour from the estimated delivery. so I rung them a couple of time and they cancelled the order although they told me the driver left and would have been there in 5 mins. Then they cancelled my order!!! Apparently the driver hasn't left.

Terrible took an hour and 40 minutes to deliver 1 burger 2 portions of chips, curry sauce and a can of Red Bull no wait they never delivered the Red Bull I paid for, after waiting so long for my food I couldn’t be arsed to ring up about the Red Bull it would’ve probably taken them another hour to deliver that.

Food was really tasty and fresh. There was a little wait and a few things sold out. Place was grubby but the service was nice and food well priced for the quantity. A good experience overall.

Stopped here today in shop, after ordering my wife queried the price as it was so expensive, rude owner must have disliked the fact we questioned his prices we had to wait at least half an hour for them to do our order even serving other customers first that came in after us.It wasn't even that nice the fish was really greasy and had no taste and the saveloy was cold and hard as if it had been in the cabinet all afternoon.Disgusting shop.

First time ordering here on an impromptu visit to Maldon park. Staff were polite, it was getting busy but still didn't wait too long Lovely food, decent portions Would visit again.

Food has always been tasty and arrives hot. Never had issues with missing items, only once they didn't have a side we wanted but called us immediately to let us know and to ask if we wanted something else instead. I always choose this fish and chip shop in Maldon.

Placed an order for (on front of leaflet says) free delivery, this is what we got charged 1x delivery £2, 1 x cod £6, 2x fish cakes 4.40 and 1 large chips £3.20 = £15.60, then under that was another £2 for delivery =£17.60, paying two lots of delivery is taking the mick just slightly, we have looked everywhere on the leaflet is doesn’t say anywhere about a minimum spend, Just free delivery. Surly and abrupt staff, not a happy customer.😡
