Fantastic afternoon tea!The loft did an incredible spread today for my daughters baptism celebration. Everyone in the party had a great time and it was clear to see that everyone was full and happy. Provided the perfect, relaxed atmosphere that we were looking for. Thank you so much Dave and Lisa for all the delicious cakes, scones, sandwiches and pastries!

Here we are again, a superbly sunny day in march and a veritable feast of loveliness on display! So much choice. I went for a scone, or scone depending on where you come from, oh heavens, what a delight. Beautifully cooked with a slight crunch to the crust and a wonderfully light inner. Utterly divine. If only granting six stars was a possibility.Marvellous food, great coffee. Been down several times this year and never disappointed. The tiffin is worth the drive there on it's own, not to mention sausage rolls with chutney and an extremely tempting array of cakes. Visit, you won't regret it.

Great food and lovely people. Will definitely go back when I'm in that area again

Lovely sausage rolls & cakes, and warming coffee on a chilly day. Great area to explore, had a lovely first visit, will be back :)

Regularly pop down to the loft for their lovely cakes and legendary sausage rolls. Food to die for and always friendly service.

Where to I start, our company uses the loft for all our office catering, both lunches and sweet treats. We are all agreed that although the sandwiches are great, the sausage rolls are truly spectacular. The best we've had. Today we ordered a selection of cakes for a client visit. The office could not have been happier that the client changed their appointment and missed the cakes. Wow they were good. Cannot rate them highly enough. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

Luckily we found them open later on Sunday afternoon and had a very tasty sausage roll and yummy home made brookie (cookie/brownie). Lovely, friendly owners too

It was mine and my partners first trip to the local area and we wanted to see what it had to offer. We stopped off at the free car park and had the short walk to the marina where we passed this place. After a short wait we went up the steps and see what was on offer. Not only were fresh and gorgeous home made cakes on offer, there was hot and cold drinks (renewable packaging too may I add) but a small selection of amazing lunches. Definitely try the victoria sponge if you go, and if you can the beef, mustard and gherkin bagel 👍🏻 these can be enjoyed at on site seating or a walk to to the outdoor public pool / marina to enjoy. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous and quirky lunch, coffee and cake stop. Will certainly be back again. Service today was VERY slow. Allow extra time if that's the norm. One extra staff member and it would have been faultless.

Stumbled across this little place quite by accident, but so pleased we did. Service is friendly, setting is so cute, and food was absolutely great (value, quality and taste). Loved it. And ideally-placed at start of route for a beautiful 8km country/coastal walk. Fab place - and home-made cake was truly awesome!
