Beyton White Horse Inn in Mid Suffolk

I haven’t been to the white horse for a meal for a long while and went in for lunch with my 22 month old daughter, and I couldn’t have been greeted more warmly. The young man behind the bar is a credit to you as is the lovely lady who chatted to my daughter and brought her books while we waited for our food. And the food was fantastic. We both had the toad in the hole which had proper homemade Yorkshire puddings, quality sausages and lovely mash and veg. Plus the gravy was great. And the sticky toffee cheesecake was fantastic. Good home cooked food, served with a smile. Will most defiantly be going back and supporting my local pub. Well done to all involved in making our visit one to remember.

This place is simply admirable. You can look for faults all you want, but none can be discovered. First of all, the food is great and has distinct flavours which makes it unique. This includes the breakfast which was very well done (especially the meat) and the food is always presented very well. The experience is very homely and the staff are very welcoming, even the landlords. There's also unique points of interest, including the fire which makes for a great warm sitting. And the well in the hallway which is very fascinating and satisfies the minds curiosity. It is also very well-kept and no complaints can be made. This is a must-visit in the area which can be difficult to find. I reccomend you visit. Also good gluten free options

Booked The White Horse for a lunchtime meet up with friends and we were all very happy with our visit. The food was tasty and good value. The staff were friendly and efficient. And there was a nice homely atmosphere. Would certainly visit again. Recommended!

Great pub stay. Large clean rooms with nice en-suite and other amenities. Extremely quiet. Friendly service at the pub and a delicious fresh full English breakfast.

A fabulous place to stay - great price and a nice room. Friendly staff and a fab cooked breakfast!!!

The menu is bland,frozen with the expecting of a cooked breakfast which is great. and then reheated. Whilst the rooms are clean they are tired in appearance most rooms appear to be single beds. The pub is just as you would imagine a non Francis to be.

Always a warm welcome here... old school but in a good way. Always open. What's not to like 👍
