Worse Chinese ever. Special Chow Mein….. only thing special was it had 2 bits of pork and one prawn. Beef and noodles well felt privileged as had 3 pieces of beef. Pancake rolls ….. just nasty. ….. I will be going back to Golden City in Bury st Edmunds their buffet is amazing and the food is out of this world

Poor quality. Chinese takeaway quality from the 1980s Need to get real and update menu and most importantly general quality. Cash only ?!Don’t even take card. HMRC need to take a visit. Scandalous!!

Seems another writter has had issues with worng items in the delivery....and despite their food being excellent, this is the last time I can chance any mistakes as its a half hour round trip from here to put it right.

Food OK but nothing particularly special. Pricing is on the high side and 2 of my last 5 orders have had an item missing. No free prawn crackers are ever given and its on the expensive side. Cash only, no delivery.

"Disliked it". I found the food quite bland. No one else enjoyed their food. They only accept cash so that's an inconvenience if you aren't aware. Waiting in the rain outside for your food isn't fun either as the facilities are small so there isn't space for everyone to congregate in. The chap behind the counter was friendly but that can't change the above.

I reviewed this take away 4 years ago, back then I raved about it but lately before and since lockdown I find the food quality has gone down. I have continued to use them but through habit and lack of choice locally. They used to be outstanding, nowadays they’ve blended with the rest

Not bad. Food well cooked but standard. Worryingly like a lot of Chinese food outlets they only take cash. This rings alarm bells on so many levels.

Stayed locally on holiday and phoned up for a takeway. We had the special fried rice, special noodles,battered chicken balls and prawn crackers. We arrived at the agreed time and the food was ready waiting in a thermal box.All the food was extremely tasty and plenty of it.Excellent.

I don't understand these other reviews, I have lived in the neighbouring village all my life and tried many Chinese take aways and have always come back to this one. Even converted my boyfriend! Cheap, always friendly staff, only down point, cash only but a cash point in coop down the road. :)
