Spice & Aroma in Mid Suffolk

Waited WELL over 2hours for food, we called to cancel order and ask for a refund just to be told the manager was delivering to us, when he arrived he promised us a refund and told us to keep the food - the order was wrong anyway as half of it was missing but as we were getting a refund we didn’t complain - three weeks later and still no refund, not happy and keep getting fobbed off by the staff. The food is good but best to avoid unless you are going to collect yourself.

Firstly, coming to the poor reviews that can bee seen, it's because of the previous owner! Now the staff has changed, and the food is amazing! Probably the only good place around to have some amazing Bangladeshi & Indian cuisine! Staff are very friendly and polite! Loved it... Will be regular :)

Was told delivery would be 1 hour, called after 1.5 hours to be told on the way, driver called to check address, said 5 mins. Called driver back 15 mins told me he was in my road, waited another 15 min driver said in my road again, after 2 hrs 10 mins told them to keep it, not bothered to call or email me, shambles so wont be getting my business. Evening out with friends and the meal was, again, really good: so much so our friends said they go there now instead of their 'other' place. Needless to say we have taken them there before 🙂

Decent food but there was a staple in my curry, only took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver at 5:45pm on a Tuesday night

Spice and Aroma is a great place to eat I t is clean and has a warm atmosphere We go on special occasions such as birthdays etc

Have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times since new owners took it over ( there was a Indian / Bangladeshi restaurant called Zeera in the same building previously but there's no connection between the two )Most recent visit was last night 21st December and as before my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experienceThe food is very good with rich and tasty sauces and the portions are just right too.Add in the wonderful staff who are friendly , polite and attentive and you have a recipe for a really good meal out.If you haven't tried this place before and you fancy some really good Indian/Bangladeshi food you need to give it try you won't be disappointed

Just had a take away, not brilliant if I'm honest. Had to wait over an hour and a half, it was not hot. I personally feel there should have been free poppadoms with our order but we had to pay for them. The side mixed onion was disgusting and dry and the poppadoms where damp. I don't think I'll be ordering from there again unfortunatly.

Very ill from a jalfrazi and abused by the staff when I informed them. I did not want any money back, just wanted to let them know so they could check it out.

I would rather lick the drippage from an aids infected camels arse hole than have a meal here
