Good food at reasonable prices for today plenty of specials on the board. Looks as if pub has recently been updated. We'll visit again.

Very kind couple. Opened up at 11am to make delicious coffee for our Dance class from the village hall. The free biscuits a nice touch of hospitality.

Wonderful country pub, food tasted wonderful and catered to everyone's needs. Staff really welcoming, the atmosphere in the pub was great, would definitely go again.

Really nice pub , good beer , great staff and ambience that is sadly missing from many others . Oh and there are friendly pub dogs wandering round but it is their home so you do have to cose them ... looking forward to my next visit .

We visited the Beaconsfield Arms for dinner whilst on holiday. We were a large group of 11 but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent with a good variety of options to choose from and reasonably priced. The landlord was excellent with the children and let them play with Charlie and Oscar the resident dogs.Hopefully we'll visit again one day.

Probably the best steak and ale pie l have ever eaten! The accompanying mash and veg were equally very well cooked. Will be back! You made my day, thank you.

One of the friendliest pubs I have ever visited. Peter is a fantastic host and a committed owner, he personally came to our table and spend a lot of quality time speaking with my family and played with my dog. The food was very delicious and made fresh while we had a few beers talking to the other families and their dogs. Loved the place and environment, will be visiting again as soon as I am able to travel again to that part of the country.
