The Bull public house in Mid Suffolk

We booked a table of 4 for Sunday lunchtime, on arrival the staff were very on the ball, showed us to our table & menu's. Food arrived promptly and very much of it. Good value for money. Waiting staff very busy as pub was packed but inspight of that they were very attentive & happy to oblige. On the whole very nice and definitely would go again.

A wonderful evening with family and a friend visiting from Germany. Excellent menu choice, staff very helpful, and although they were very busy, we were not rushed at all. It is so good to have somewhere local to eat out that provide excellent food, which is good value for money and wonderful customer service.

We popped in to enquire about awake. However they were fully booked and unable to help. However, the gentleman we spoke to was very helpful. Whilst there it was a very warm atmosphere and extremely welcoming.

We were staying nearby and wanted somewhere to eat with good food that didn't cost a fortune, The Bull Inn delivered on both counts. The dining room itself is just lovely with some very quirky lightshades. The food was terrific, I had some belly pork for a starter which was full of flavour and plentiful, for main I had the spicy beef burrito of the specials oh my it was huge and delicious. Staff were very friendly and efficient and a lovely atmosphere for a midweek evening. Excellent all round

Best Chicken & Haloumi burger ever!! I’m sure I posted something similar a few years back!. Lovely country pub, despite the burping man with no manners 😧 not the pub’s fault though of course.

Lovely place, pleasant staff. Didn't get much luck with food due to limitations on serving times. Seems they want to get cleared and shut up. Visited 3 times over BH. I'm sure food would be nice, it just didn't fit our needs.

Characterful country pub with lovely open airy dining room. Didn't really like my pizza too much but I still score this place highly as service was good, portions were large and everyone else enjoyed theirs!

Great Sunday lunch. Service was friendly and attentive. Food was pre-ordered as big party but all came out together and clearly freshly cooked. Highly recommended

Two good pints of locally-brewed Victoria Bitter (two other real ales were also available but they were national blands) and a very-well-topped pizza. Friendly landlord & bar staff also. Well done all.

One of the nicest meals we've had in a while. Lovely staff, interesting menu, lovely dining room. Reasonable prices. Good range of beverages.
