I think this is the best fish & chips in stowmarket, very friendly staff.

Wow. Lovely. Cod Haddock and Plaice were very good and batter exceptional. Good chips too. Lovely friendly staff. We will be back!

Used this place for years - easily the best in and around Stowmarket - I travel 8 miles to go here despite there being nearer chip shops.

Very friendly staff, great chips, great fresh fish cooked mainly to order, and generous portions. Have been using this business for years, and we go nowhere else when we want a chippy tea. Highly recommended

Just had jumbo sausage and chips with curry sauce, the chips were the best , the way it was presented to you was A+

I had chips and two fishcakes.My meal was overcooked and fish cake tasty inside was spoilt by dry overcooked exterior. Chips was dark and over cooked. In fact I only ate half of it as it was awful.I will say the best chippies use timers to guard against overcooking.Can I suggest timers should be used in this place so so food can consistently cooked just right amount.

Always great fish and chips here. Always good portions, they always ask if you want salt and vinegar and they aren't stingy with it when they put it on. They have some great extras (our favourite is the deep fried halloumi!) and the price is brilliant. We've been regulars since we moved to Stowmarket about a year ago!It can get busy at peak times but they handle it well and you can phone ahead to book for a specific time or asap.

Probably the best fish and chip shop in Stowmarket and the surrounding area. The staff are great and friendly, and the food is delicious!
