The Court House in Mid Suffolk

Meal out tonight with friends and it didn't disappoint. A warm welcome on arrival. Excellent service from the cheerful and very attentive staff. A wide choice of food which was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and plenty of it. Will definitely be returning to this little gem.

Excellent food was great service was exceptional very busy yet we were served very quickly both mains and dessert. Nice pub nice atmosphere friendly efficient staff. This was our first visit and it won't be our last.

First time I’ve been there since the recent new ownership, had the hake with pearl barley and just had to say it was honestly superb as was quality of ingredients, well done to the chef. Service was great and Aspalls nice and chilled, we will come back, sooner rather than later. Brilliant dining!

Went to the newly refurbished Court House yesterday. What an improvement. The old pub now feels like a restaurant, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. Food was fantastic and very generous portions. Not only was the food good but the larger was served to perfection. Staff were great helpful and friendly a special mention to Lee for making our evening so enjoyable. They have a winning combination here good luck to you all.

Visited today for Sunday lunch after it opened a fortnight ago following extensive renovation. A lot of hard work has gone into the refurbishment and the decor is great. Very helpful and friendly staff. The food choice was fantastic, fairly priced and cooked to perfection. Will definitely return. Highly recommended.

First visit to the newly refurbished Courthouse.what a lovely restaurant. A lot of work has been done to make this a lovely place to eat. Nice Friday Lunchtime. New renovation looks good, and closer to us than the Wooden Fender, and the same menu so that’s good!Friendly staff and nice and clean.Had the jerk chicken pitta and cheese and leek tart. All came quickly was hot and plenty of food.Would recommend going along.

Food was delicious. I chose chicken escalope from the specials board and it was amazingly tender and succulent, the breadcrumbs so light... Veg were on point too. Great service too. Will definitely have to split my time between here and The Wooden Fender.

We were passing and just dropped in. Meals only but the very nice staff accommodated us and they let us sit on the patio in the sun and have one of a wide choice of 'real' beers. The food looked so good we gave in and had a couple of starters and they were great. One on my map but for a meal next time.

Wonderful welcome, excellent food, service and ambiance. The staff are caring efficient and we would highly recommend. A perfect experience we will definitely come back for more despite living miles away...it's very worth it.
