Lovely little local pub, great views, service and food!

Lovely atmosphere and very nice simple wholesome pub grub. Slightly limited choice of real ales but all local and overall a great place to go eat , drink and relax.

I went to a rare lunch with my husband.it was all very well presented and the veg were cooked perfectly and fresh. The chicken and ham pie was lovely, I think it would have been better if it were an individual pie but enjoyable all the same. My husband although not a vegetarian chose the mushroom option and really enjoyed it. Would go again if out that way

Visited here with my lovely wife on a sunny Sunday afternoon in October. We had a fantastic 3 course meal which included a great roast dinner and even better steak and ale pie. The sticky toffee to finish was also very good.
