Floccinaucinihilipilification (to judge something with disgrace for you plebs) - How I would define this establishment to any fellow goat owners/enthusiasts if it were not for the excellent food. An utter opprobrium that this place believes it adequate to drape the head of a fallen soldier, a lost friend of a goat upon their walls. It sits there, as solitary as an oyster - lifeless, it’s pearl stolen by the pirates this pub calls their landlord(s). Consequently, je suis très désappointé (meager peice of français pour tu, possibly once the sacrés tounge of the goat corpse that lie ahead of me). The juice I was served, ‘tis considerably aimable although could be mistaken for tropicana with ice (bits free of course i’m not a psychopath). In the past when I have been balked with bits floating around my juice, like a parasite in a pool bearing a flamingo floaty, I tend to share my bits with my goat, to quote the buddha “Give, even if you only have a little.” Yet, whence I came upon this place last week I would have abhorred to such behaviour as I was afraid my goat would not be able to eat whilst locking eyes with the soulless voids of its late friend, rest well soldier. However, the pizza was perfectly exquisite and the chips were amazing. 10/10 for anyone not entering with a goat by there side.

The pizza at the Greyhound is a must try for anyone who even vaguely likes pizza, amazing stuff. First time vising the establishment and not disappointed, will definitely come back here with family and friends in the future. I had 'The Texan' and it was a truly delightful experience, props to the chef! The pub itself is very 'olde worlde' and has a really nice atmosphere.

It was lovely. Staff was very nice and the pizzas amazing as usual. The only thing they didn't have a drinks menu which makes decision making hard when you want to sit and discuss your choices with your mates and not feel like your taking up too much time if the lovely staff who have to stand there and wait as you're trying to decide what you want.

Although lock down still on the staff still serving out side, good atmosphere and the Pizzas are to die for, cannot wait for them to open again. I am a new customer, by the way.

Fantastic place we stumbled upon whilst travelling through the area and in need of food. The pizzas are extremely tasty, the ales are great. The bar staff are very friendly and welcoming. As a side note, my wife was excited about the gold toilets, and I was stunned at the beer keg urinals, great imagination and the pub is well worth a visit.

A great selection of beers and spirits. One of my favourite local places to visit for a pint. Their pizzas are delicious and served from a wood fire. Curry nights at the greyhound are also a must!
