Excellent pub! Go there all the time, it has an amazing atmosphere, great selection of food and drink, all amazing value for money! AND they have a pool table AND a jukebox! Finally nice to see a proper pub back on the high street! Great job Jo! your doing amazing!

Staff were excellent, bar staff made a great pint with little waste, and they were upselling products for me to buy! Chef made an amazing burger, and was came and asked me if it was okay! The atmosphere was great, everyone joking and laughing! Would recommend this place to anyone! 10/10

Favourite football pub. Good pub-grub and friendly atmosphere. I especially like that the staff will meet your eye and say "with you in a minute" ... lovely customer service. The all day breakfast is a great meal which will curb hunger for a good few hours..and the "buckets" are a hearty snack. Got to mention the ice cream desserts! Nice place for a lunch meet-up as the football on Sky is on mute unless there is a live game on. Then it is a real football pub. Food, wine, football , what more is there?

Basic lovely food. We are regulars. A meal and a pint for next to nothing! Very friendly staff. Lyn is our favourite barmaid. Always smiling!

Staff and customers are friendly. But it's the steak dinner which won me over. It is good value for money. I have had 3 over the course of 8 weeks and they have been consistently good.

Lovely pub and used to be a favourite drinking spot of mine but now it's in dire need of a refurb and alot of drinks were missing from the bar. I hope greene king can invest in this place as it used to be such a great place to go for a night out.

Maybe the last standing traditional small town pub in Stowmarket. Popular with the locals and the best place to catch a game on the telly around here. Also the snooker room and darts for the fans. Good burgers and other usual fare. Recommended mainly for the atmosphere.

Lovely bit of grub, booze was reasonably priced, great atmosphere - doesn't get full of rowdy testosterone-high chavs in chinos like all the Wetherspoons do - would go again and planning to in Feb when I come to visit my pal! A+++

Basic food selection but well prepared, hot and quickly served. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. A bit noisy due to football on the TV but would definitely go again.
