super q.
15 of us went for a birthday meal and the food was great, all home made, plenty of parking and play area for the kids as well which helps and well organised as we had our own area with great service from the staff, a must visit

Had friends over from Essex and the sorrel horse where myself and my wife have had lovely meals before we decided to take them there and they were very impressed

Lovely mostly home made wholesome food at a sensible price.Although we didn't use the garden, it's obvious that a great deal of thought and investment has been put into it. There's even a multitude of outdoor heaters than can be used if required. Fantastic play area for children too. Great service from professional quality staff. Can't fault the place and highly recommended. I don't give out many 5 star ratings but the Sorrel Horse Inn deserves every single one of them and more!

I liked it a lot! So we went here for a Sunday roast after going to the cinema in Ipswich. The food was plentiful and hot. The drinks arrived at the table within seconds of ordering them using the Round app. that the pub uses for food and drink orders (if you don't want to go inside or wait at the bar). All in all, this is a great pub that I will try to convince the wife to go to more often.

Friendly, food is basic and place is very dated and not in a traditional sense 🙄 beams great but could do with redecorating and a freshen up. It maybe some peoples cups of tea.

First time here for ages. Food is really good, and you get loads of it. No posh stuff here- pie and chips or mash, burgers, stuff like that. Great !Dog friendly inside and out.Talking of outside, there is plenty of outdoor seating, covered too, if its raining.Good local pub.

Stayed for the night. Nice cosy pub with good food. Staff friendly. Unfortunately the room let it down. So uncomfortable we barely slept, lumpy thin mattress which you could feel all the springs. Dated bedding that looked like something from the 80s. Really needs some money spending in this area as I would not recommend the accommodation, only the pub area

I've been here b4 for a meal and it was delicious. Today I went to a 18th Birthday party in the marquee and the hot and cold buffet was delicious aswell. Well done to the landlord/lady and chefs. Well done thankyou
