Waterfront Cafe in Mid Suffolk

Great place to visit after a longish motorcycle road from Essex. Food great, service great and basking in the sun over looking the lake.

There's no better place for breakfast around Ipswich. Good price, great portions, tasty food and friendly staff!

Stayed outside on a sunny day, very enjoyable and peaceful place to have lunch. Food was good and fresh.

Lovely breakfast, good value, popular place and all meals are hot.

Really enjoyed my visit. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cafe was very clean as were the toilets.

The breakfasts here I would say are some of the best around, nothing fancy just good breakfast at a very good price. As a fairly regular here I do have some feedback, when it's busy, particularly on Fridays and the weekends, it is very very busy, lucky to find a table. Also, because of how busy they get, some of those taking orders are clearly rushed off their feet and so can be quite abrupt. Lastly, not a huge issue generally, but they have a £5 minimum for card, as someone who doesn't carry cash, if I want another drink for example I can't just buy one.

Great price, good food, and a very tasty coffee! Pretty busy so a long wait to be served, queued out the door and in the rain, but didn't take too long for food to arrive once order was placed.

What a lovely cafe. We were temperature tested and given hand sanitizer on arrival. The full English breakfast was nothing less than perfection in a plate. The view from outside looking over the lake was tranquility itself.
