Bodillys Oriental Cusine in North Hertfordshire

Placed order at 9pm, via deliveroo online store which was open, order confirmed - bodilly’s then just cancel my order and I am left with no food and money has left my account!Called bodillys to be told it is too late and they have no food (unlikely) rudely told they have a right to cancel orders and speak to deliveroo about refund! Very poor service they should look after customers better, take some responsibility and close online if they don’t want more orders - they should fulfill orders customers pay for when they are OPEN. Will not use again

My 1st time ordering food from them and it didn’t disappoint. Food arrived on time, nice and hot.

Just had a takeaway delivered from Bodillys. Always a concern for me as I'm vegan but the lady I spoke to was lovely and assured me they could do some vegan options. After looking at the menu I feasted on several dishes, all delicious. My first Chinese in 2 years and I cant wait to eat from here again. Thanks to every one at Bodillys !!!

The delivery time I was given was 1hr after the order. The food came 25 mins after the hour and they gave the wrong rice. By the time the correct rice came rest of the food was cold. I spoke to 2 member of staff the 1st was unapologetic and a bit rude, if the 2nd person i spoke to hadnt been so nice would have been a 1 star. Food was okay but not worth the hassle wish i had just made egg and chips and saved myself £20

DO NOT GO HERE firstly they didn’t give me the rice I ordered.the curry sauce is vile, the chips and chicken balls are like cardboard this food was inedible it tasted like it had been cooked then reheated in the microwave. I rarely write reviews good or bad but I was gobsmacked with my experience there 😡😩🤢

The food is always amazing from here and very flavourful, good size portions, selection & not greasy at all - I order the special fried rice, chicken / duck chow main, sweet & sour chicken balls, chili & garlic ribs, as well as a Monks Delight ... they are all wonderful (& I've tried other Thai dishes as well which were equally as enjoyable!).

Nice tasty food and didn't make me thirsty during night as some Chinese's do , so must be far less salt !

Great food, in the top 5 of Chinese in the area.. but very poor delivery service at times. Last experience has left things as a collection if I am passing rather then having to wait up to 3 hours to get cold food delivered. Shame really, that the delivery drivers let the place down.

Had a take away ordered via just eat. Kitchen added 15 minutes to the order which was ok but but I received the meal with an extra 30 minutes on top. So instead eating at 8 as expected, it was 8:45.When the food arrived, some of it was quite cold.The platter for two is not worth the money. It was very salty too.Malayan curry, pork dumpling and spring rolls was good.
